Draco's POV
(I'm good- Bebe Rexha)
I walked into the Gryffindor common room to find chaos ensued. It seemed as though the Gryffindors had won the Quidditch match and were celebrating in full force. I, on the other hand, had to endure the humiliation of losing to a bunch of mudbloods. I couldn't fathom how that could have happened, considering we had practiced day and night for weeks leading up to the match.

My eyes scanned the room until they landed on Dani, taking shots of tequila like it was water. I rolled my eyes at her as she did a line of cocaine.

"What the hell are you doing, Dani? You look like a bloody mess." I was sure something must have triggered her to behave in such a hedonistic manner.

"Oh, Draco, don't be so uptight. It's just a little tequila and coke." She let out a childish giggle.

"You know that stuff is bad for you, right?" I crossed my arms.

She raised an eyebrow. "Says the guy who just lost a Quidditch match and probably needs a drink himself." She handed me the bottle of tequila.

I sighed. "Yeah, well, I'm not doing lines of coke and taking shots like it's water. What's got you so messed up anyway?"

He big eyes turned to look at me and a pout formed on her face, like a bloody child. "It's Riddle. We had a huge fight and he's being a damn ass about things."

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at her constant drama, but I tried to hide my irritation. Riddle was Voldemort's son, after all, and she should know better than to get involved with him.

"Surprise, surprise. You know he's bad news, Dani. Why do you even bother with him?" I snorted.

Dani took another shot, holding on to the table. "Because I like him, Draco. I really do."

I couldn't help but scoff at her. "You brought this on yourself, Dani. You know he's trouble."

I shook my head at her preparing another line. "You're such a drama causer, you know that? Always getting in these ridiculous arguments."

She stopped and dramatically flipped her hair. "Well excuse me for having feelings, Malfoy."

Her little face made me smirk. "I'm not the one who needs excuses, Silverclaw. You're the one who can't admit her feelings to save her life."

She crossed her arms and glared at me. "What's that supposed to mean?"

I shrugged pouring some water.  "It means that maybe you should stay away from Riddle and focus on someone who actually cares about you. Like Nott."

She rolled her eyes. "Oh please. You just disapprove of our relationship because you're jealous."

A loud laugh escaped my lips. " Jealous of Nott? That's rich. I could care less who you're with, Dani. I just don't want to see you get hurt."

I knew that Dani was dating Theodore Nott, my best friend, and though I disapproved of their relationship, I didn't want to see her get hurt. I wanted to suggest to her that she should stay away from Riddle, as he might be her brother. After all, we still needed to get the DNA test to know for sure. Although she was too intoxicated to talk realistically.

She looked at me with annoyance. "What would you know about love and relationships, Malfoy? You're too busy fighting with Granger."

I bristled at the mention of Hermione. "That's none of your business. Plus, you're one to talk about relationships. Every time you take a sip of alcohol, you turn into a drama queen."

She gave me a pouty look before downing another shot. "Whatever. I just wish Riddle would leave me alone."

I shook my head and decided to leave her to her self-destructive behavior. Honestly, sometimes I wonder why we're even friends.
