One day when Jen was going out to get a new rug because Marci had torn a hole in her current one she saw Chris standing at Michal's door.
That's odd, Jen thought.
It looked like he was carrying groceries. She stood in place as she watched him struggle to unlock the door, both his hands full with white bags from the grocery store. Michal never opened the door. That could only mean one thing:
Michal couldn't do it himself.
