Jen put her empty pill bottle in her bag.
She had to get her prescription refilled, just like she did every thirty days, per her parents' request. It was Ritalin.
Just Ritalin.
She had been taking it since she was nine. A lot of people said it did bad things to them and they stopped taking it, but she hadn't had any negative side-effects.
It just helped her work.

She pulled into the drive thru at the pharmacy and made sure that her voice was by the microphone as the lady read her name off and made sure that she was filling the right prescription.
When she got it back it said Adhansia XR.
The strongest medication for ADHD.
That can't be right, Jen thought as she looked over the bottle. Then she slowly realized the only explanation:
Her parents had changed it.
