America would like to say he slowly woke up when the sun rose, birds singing. However, that wasn't the case. He lived with family.
"Union, wake ya' ass up before I shove you out the window!!" Dixie had yelled, pouring water on his face.
"Oh my fucking god confederacy!!" America screeched, sitting up and whipping the water off his face. "What the hell do you need?!"
"Good mornin' dear brother," Dixie smiled, "Hawaii has been begging to see you wall mornin' and I'm starting to get annoyed."
"Why didn't you wake me up the second you woke up?" America groaned.
"You looked like you were sleepin' good. And I did try, you just didn't wake up," Dixie explained.
"That's not helpful though..." America mumbled.
"You need more sleep, you've been getting more sleep lately. Anyways, you needa get up before Hawaii figures out how to get up here again."
America groaned and sat up, slumping over. "I'll get up, in a sec... a long second..." America said.
"Hey, don't be so negative! Everything might just go your way today," CSA said.
"When did you become some jolly ol' happy fucker," America glared at him.
"I'm just trying to be positive!" CSA said back, sounding annoyed.
"You positivity is annoyin'..." America responded, laying back down in his bed.
"Oh get up will ya'?!" CSA yelled. Shoving the blankets off of America.
"Goddamn its fucking cold. What the hell?!" America yelled back.
Dixie grabbed CSA and dragged him out of the room. After that America slowly got up from his bed. And eventually had enough energy to get dressed and go down to the living area. Hawaii was waiting for him apparently, she had ran right up to him.
"mama! mama! Makemake wau e hana i ka hōʻike kiʻi i kēia manawa, e ʻoluʻolu e kōkua i ka hoʻonohonoho ʻana iaʻu, e ʻoluʻolu! (mom! mom! I want to do the fashion show right now, please help set it up for me, please!)" Hawaii exclaimed, jumping up and down.
Alaska stood behind her, as well as New Mexico. Hawaii started ranting about what dresses and outfits she was going to put on people. America could barely comprehend what she was saying with how fast she was talking.
"Hawaii, please slow down, I can barely understand you," America said, rubbing his head a bit.
"Oh! Sorry, I was just saying! I want to put you and Russia in matching outfits!" Hawaii said.
"I'm sorry, what?!" America blurted out.
"What? Is that not a good idea? I thought you would like the idea..." Hawaii's voice became glum.
"No, no! But uh... why with Russia? How about we do it with my brother, Canada?'"America stuttered. He maneuvered his hands on to her shoulders, trying to reassure her.
"But it's red, white, and blue! Just like you and Russia!" Hawaii explained.
She pointed at America and then Russia, Who looked to be sleeping hunched over on a table. America glanced over at Russia, questioning why the fuck hes asleep, then glanced over at Hawaii.
"Then maybe I can do it with France..?" America said, not really having an argument anymore.
"No! She's way shorter than Russia, the outfit wont fit. Just do it mama! Please!!"Hawaii begged. She stomped her feet a bit too.
America awkwardly looked at Hawaii, then sighed.
"How about you go ask Russia? If he says yes, then I'll do it," America said, praying that Russia would say no. He didn't want to match with Russia that much, it would force them to talk more and today wasn't the day. He had lots of work to do, and last time he was an idiot and fell asleep on a cliff with Russia. How the hell did he do that sober? When was the last time he wasn't sober...
With that information, Hawaii ran over to Russia and sat next to him. Repeating his name over and over to wake him up. Just as America was watching, someone ran up to him.
"Mom!! Tell Ohio that she needs to stop collecting bugs, I don't want them in our room!" Indiana yelled.
"But look! It's a rolly polly! It does no harm, it's cute!" She argued back at her.
"It's not cute at all! I hate bugs... what if it crawls on me while I'm sleeping, or worse, goes in my mouth while I'm sleeping!!"Indiana shuttered.
America looked at the plastic tin with holes in it, some grass and twigs, and around 3 rolly pollies in it. It didn't look like the bugs could get out, but it also didn't look very comforting.
"Ohio, rolly pollies are very cute, but they aren't meant to be kept in a box. If they are out in the wild they are happy, the box makes them feel enclosed, they also don't have any food. They might die," America said, not really knowing if that was true, but it would leave both of them happy.
"Oh... I'm killing it? I don't want that?!" Ohio started to panic.
"No, no! You're not killing it, the box is... How about you let them free?" America suggested.
"But, I want to keep them!" Ohio said.
"But they don't like it, even if you do, they don't. Which isn't nice," America explained.
"Okay..." Ohio mumbled.
Ohio walked over to the forest line to go put them away, and Indiana walked away. Then right when America was going to walk to sit down, Hawaii ran up and jumped up on America's back.
"Mama mama!! Russia said yes! He said yes!!" Hawaii giggled.
What. (real idk what's going on save me) He said yes? That wasn't meant to happen, America didn't plan on that. America looked over at Russia who had a very panicked expression on his face.
"Hawaii, what did you ask him?" America said in the sweetest voice he could muster.
"I asked him, then he said no. But then I started to cry, and then he said yes!" Hawaii explained. She got off of America's back and started jumping up and down.
"You and Russia are going to match in the fashion show!!" Hawaii yelled.
The only thing America could think of right now, was just two words. "Oh my."
