Bakugo's POV:

I jolted awake to the annoying blaring of my alarm clock, cursing under my breath. "Fuck," I grumbled, rubbing my eyes as I fumbled to turn off the alarm. I glanced at the time on the screen, my heart skipping a beat. "10:00?!" I exclaimed in disbelief. "We have school!"

Without wasting another moment, I shot out of bed, adrenaline pumping through my veins. I shook Deku urgently. "Deku, get up! We're late again!" I exclaimed, frustration lacing my words.

"Five more minutes, Kacchan," he mumbled sleepily, his arm snaking around my waist as he pulled me back down onto his chest.

I narrowed my eyes at him, incredulous. "Get up, damn it! We have school, nerd!" I barked, my voice filled with an impatient edge.

He let out a tired sigh, his voice muffled against the pillow. "Shh, Kacchan. It's a Saturday," he muttered, barely coherent. "Then why the fuck did my alarm ring?" I retorted, frustration still evident in my tone.

"Mmm, your morning jog. Now shh, I want to sleep," he yawned, his eyes fluttering closed again. I rolled my eyes, a mix of annoyance and amusement washing over me as I watched him drift back into slumber.

With a resigned huff, I couldn't help but find his laziness infectious. I settled back into his embrace, finding comfort in the rise and fall of his chest. Gradually, the weight of the morning's chaos melted away, and we both succumbed to the temptation of sleep once more.

In that quiet moment, I couldn't help but appreciate the tranquility that Saturdays brought. No hero training, no looming responsibilities, just the two of us enjoying the simple pleasure of each other's presence. It was moments like these that reminded me of the bond we shared, despite our constant bickering and rivalry.

As the soft morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room, I couldn't help but let my guard down. It was in these stolen moments, where the world outside seemed to fade away, that I found solace. And in the depths of that peaceful slumber, I knew that no matter what challenges awaited us in the days to come, I would always have Deku by my side.
