바다가 들려 오늘따라 내 귓가에 가까이
Yejin doesn't really know when she started going to the beach to watch the sea, it was probably when her mother passed away. Her mother loved taking her and her twin sister Yeojin to the beach, going to the beach felt like peace to Yejin.
She sat down in the sand looking at the pretty blue sea, "Mom yesterday I got a 96 on my test! It wasn't a 100, but it's still passing right?" She smiled
She sighed, "I miss you a lot I know it's been 10 years, but God it feels like a eternity. Dad is still babying us. Does he not understand I'm not his little Yoonie anymore? I'm 21 in college" she laughed while shaking her head
She looked to the left of her to see the boy that also usually comes, she talked to him like two times.
She did see him in her classes, but of course she didn't pay much attention to him she didn't know him plus it seems like every girl in the school was after him or just all over him and she didn't want to seem annoying so she just avoided him.
She felt her phone buzzing and her screen lit up with her friend name on it

"Hello?" She answered
"Hi love! What are you up to?" She said making Yejin smile
"Nothing much, your up pretty early though it's 10:00am you're usually sleep till 1 on weekends" Yejin said confused
Tsuki sighed, "Had a stupid nightmare! We should hang out today though just me and you though don't tell the girls I love them, but you know" she said
"I understand, so what time?" Yejin questioned
"Let's meet at the park in two hours then we'll go to the mall and stuff maybe feed the ducks" she spoke as Yejin hummed
"Sounds good to me let me go home and get ready" she replied as Tsuki hummed back before hanging up
Yejin looked at the sea one more time, "I have to go mom I'll talk to you next Saturday" she smiled before walking away
"Hi Yena? No Yeojin- wait sorry Yejin right?" Sunghoon said making her turn around a little shocked
She smiled at him, "Yeah it's Yejin haha" she awkwardly smiled as he smiled back
"How are you?"
"Oh I'm good" She laughed making him smile even more
"That's good, the sea looks even more prettier today doesn't it?" he questioned facing where the blue water was
She hummed, "Yeah definitely looks like it has a sparkle to it today" she smiled warmly
"Sorry for disrupting whatever you were doing I just wanted to say hey I'll see you at school though" He said and she nodded while laughing
"That's okay!" She said waving bye to him before getting in her car

"All I had was white bread I didn't feel like going to the store before I came" Tsuki said as they walked over to the ducks
Yejin laughed, "It's okay they'll like it regardless" she said as Tsuki nodded
"It's nice doing this you know? The little things that matter" she smiled as the ducks gathered around them
Yejin turned to her while smiling, "Little things like this are core memories you know? I actually used to feed ducks with my mom" she smiled as Tsuki hummed
"Isa and Mayu would scream at this" Tsuki laughed as Yejin laughed while shaking her head
"Sunghoon talked to me for like a little bit today" she suddenly spoke
Tsuki turned her head quick towards the girl, "Ouuu about what?" She said wiggling her eyebrows making Yejin laugh
"We only exchanged a few words I think he tried to make convo, but failed" she answered
"You guys would look cute together not gonna lie" Tsuki spoke making Yejin eyes widened
"Whattt no no we're just randoms that talk time to time" Yejin laughed as Tsuki hummed
"You talked to your mom today?" Tsuki asked as Yejin nodded
She smiled, "Yeah I let her know a couple new things of what's going on I think she responded by sending two sea shells to my feet" Yejin giggled as Tsuki smiled at her
"That's so nice of her! Mrs. Im! I want sea shells too!" Tsuki said looking up to the sky making Yejin giggle
"I feel so tired right now" Yejin yawned
Tsuki pouted, "It's early though your a early bird why are you suddenly tired?" Tsuki questioned
"I stayed up all night worrying about stuff I don't know I just had a episode last night" She sighed
"Well you can go home and take a nap or we could take a nap together at your house- if your dad lets me he's kinda scary not gonna lie" She said
Yejin nodded, "I'm sure he won't mind" Yejin smiled at her
