Chapter 24: Infinity and Beyond

 "Janis, can you tell me where you are right now?" Tutor asks his sister as he and Yim drive their way through the highway. 

"I am back at the main mansion, Hia Tor, I am with Minnie right now? Is everything alright?" 

"Can you come to the city tomorrow? I'd like to talk to you and Hia Zee. 

"Can't it wait until next week, I need to finish my sketch for the dresses that will be used for the upcoming fashion show." 

"This is something important and next week is too long for it. Can't you finish it here?" Tutor sighs. 

"I was supposed to finish it today but I was babysitting Minnie for the whole day." 

Tutor can already imagine his sister pouting. Yim goes into the building and parks the car just beside Nu's car. He then turned off the car engine. 

"Can't you just talk it out with hia Zee first then I'll just come right after? Can you tell me what this is all about? Maybe just a hint?" 

Yim got out first and took some bags from the backseat. Tutor follows him and closes the door of the passenger seat. 

"This is regarding our half-brother." Tutor says the last word through his gritted teeth. He looks at Yim who is smiling lightly at him. 

He took his fiancé's hand and together they went up to Nu's unit.

"I'll be there the earliest I can."

Janis didn't ask further, as she understands what it is meant.

"Alright, you take care and Janis, don't let grandpa know that you will be seeing us tomorrow. Leave as early as you can and bring Minnie with you as she will have her classes back tomorrow." 

"Are you sure this will be the right time for you to tell them?" Yim asks Tutor. 

"Yes." Tutor sighs. "The more days it will pass the more it will be more dangerous for any of us. I just don't want anybody to get hurt again. You don't know what my grandfather is capable of doing." 

They walk to Nu's unit and ring the doorbell. 

"Why do you have to come at such a good time for me?" Zee says to them frustratedly. "I already had that chance..." Zee stopped talking, realizing what he was about to say. 

"Chance? What chance? Hia, don't tell me that you take advantage of my friend?!" Tutor pointed to him. 

"I did not!" Zee denies. 

But Yim was unconvinced. "There is only one answer for that." He pouts to Nu who is peeking behind Zee. 

Nu's face is all flushed. 

Tutor smirks at both of them. Yim gives a teasing smile. 

"Then I guess we are the villains here." Tutor smiles at Yim. 

"What are you doing here by the way?" Zee asks both of them. 

"We just want to tell you that we got the deal." Tutor smiles at his brother. He tell that he is now pissed off with him. 

"You could have just left a message for me." Zee says through gritted teeth, annoyed with his brother. 

"I also want to check if my friend is okay but I am guessing he is more than okay. Am I right, Nu?" Tutor looks at Nu. 

Nu chose to nod his head instead of saying anything. Yim giggles and shakes his head. 

"I also want to speak with you for a moment." Tutor says seriously.
