Kayla teared up before she slapped Reina against the face and ran out of the room, Kayla's mother narrowed her red eyes at her. "You should have just stepped down brat, I hope you realize what you've done to yourself." The elder woman said before she left out to go find Kayla.

Reina held her face where she had been smacked by Kayla and rubbed it before she looked at Shining. "Why did you allow Kayla to sing sir?"

"I had no knowledge of how she sang and I didn't want to have favortism since I had asked you to be here. None of the boys of STARISH knew how either one of you sound singing so it was the compromise that I made. Now may I ask how you know those two horrible women?" Shining asked

Reina frowned as she placed her hands together in front of her. "That was my mother and younger sister sir...but I've been basically pushed out of their family and made a maid for them since I was five. Just recently I've chosen to stand up to them and leave that house and get the job you saw me have sir."

"I see, interesting. Well I do believe you are a good fit here. I would like to ask you to come join my company on the understanding you are to leave the job I found you at. I wish for you keep your attention on what I'll be giving you as an idol instead of having you struggle to keep that job and work as an idol."

"I...I don't know if I can do that sir. I just was able to get my own place, I don't wish to lose that due to a change in my career path." Reina said unsure

"You sign with my agency and I will be sure after your training period that you will still have that place to call home for when you debut."

She blinked her eyes shocked and stunned to hear what he said, she looked down in thought for a moment before she nodded her head. "S-Sure...Alright. As long as I keep my apartment that's all that matters to me."

He smiled and gave her a small stack of papers. "Sign these and you'll officially be a trainee here at Shining records. You'll be taught by those behind you on what I expect out of you as an idol."

Reina got from her small hand bag a black pen before she read everything and signed the papers, she then gave the papers back to Shining who smiled. "Good, I will give you time to quit your clerk job, when you are ready to go come back here and I will let you know what you'll be doing Reina."

Reina bowed her head respectfully. "Thank you sir."

She then turned around and bowed to them as well. "I look forward to learning from all of you." She said sincerely

"It's going to be interesting to see what you can do Reina." Ren said with a smile

Reina then left out to leave her clerk job, she ran out of the building ignoring the fact that her mother and younger sister were still near the building. She ran to her job and went to find her manager. "Manager! Manager!" She shouted loudly happily

Her manager came from the back curiously. "Yes Reina? You aren't scheduled for today."

"I'm going to be an idol Manager! I took the offer!" She said happily

Her manager smiled and patted Reina's shoulder. "Congrats kid, I knew you could do it."

Her manager then crossed her name off of the schedule before she gave Reina her weeks pay. "I'm going to miss you here, but you have bigger better things ahead of you. Go out there and kick ass kid."

"Thank you manager! I won't let you down!" Reina said with a smile before she bowed her head and rushed out happily. She placed her paycheck in her hand bag before she made her way back to the building, she got inside and saw that Shining was having a stand off with her father figure, who she hadn't seen in over five years. 

"F-Father?"

The dark haired male looked behind him to Reina and scoffed. "Of course you'd take the offer, why didn't you back down?"

"I want to be an idol! I have what it takes I know I do!" Reina said seriously standing her ground

"No you don't."

"What do you know about me?! What does any of you know about me?! I'm a mere maid for all of you! None of you have ground to speak on! Kayla can't sing! She can barely keep that temper of hers down! She can't even write her own damn name! She got as far as she had because of me! She is a dunce and there is no way around that!" Reina growled out angered

"You had one job and that was to help Kayla succeed in life! This isn't doing that job Reina!"

"It's not my job anymore! I quit that job and I'm NEVER going back to it!" Reina growled out angered "I have my own life to think about! It's not just about her!"

"you're going to regret that, just you wait brat."

Once the elder male left out Reina let out a sigh and looked at Shining sadly. "I apologize about him, Kayla has always been his and that woman's favorite child."

"I'm seeing this, I wasn't going to say anything until you came back. But I saw that you had it under control, don't worry you'll be safe and protected here Luna Reina."

Reina held onto the strap of her hand back tightly as she frowned. "I...I'm starting to think that I'm not even their real daughter. I don't have any of the traits that family has."

"It may be possible, for now I wish for you to focus on the task that you will have."

Reina tilted her head to the side. "Yes sir?"

"You'll be starting off just like the males who will be your senpai's had. You need to prove your worth here. Show me that you can sing a song with love and passion in it. If you can do that, then you will move on to the next step to becoming an idol here."

She nodded her head. "Of course sir."

"You will have three months to prove to me that you can do what has been assigned to you. I look forward to hearing what you can do." Shining said before he left her alone

Reina walked around and she soon found a piano, she sat down at the piano where she began to play a soft tune with her eyes shut before she sang to herself. What she hadn't realized was that there were people watching her sing to herself. Once she finished, she opened her eyes hearing the clapping from behind her. Instantly she got up and moved away from the piano.

"You can play well Luna." Tokiya stated

Reina gave him a weak smile "T-Thank you." She said as she bowed her head 

"What was the song you had been playing?" Otoya asked curiously

"Oh um...it's a song that I had written myself while I was in high school." She said weakly

"It has merit for you to stay here." Ren said encouraging her

She averted her eyes as she scratched the side of her face flustered. "T-Thank you...I...I was trying to see if what I have already written in previous years on my off time at school would be good enough to keep me here."

"Ahn, so that's what that was about. He was like that with all of us too." Ren said understanding what she was doing "If you want to amaze that guy, you're going to have to have more passion and heart in what you sing."

Reina frowned as she looked at the three males. "I...I don't know what it's like to be loved, so trying to pull from an emotion I have no knowledge of what it's like is hard."

The three of them looked at her stunned. "Really? Not even by the people who were here before?" Otoya asked

She teared up and shook her head. "Kayla and her parents...they've never loved me. I was born and raised in a house that was hostile and degraded me. I had to suck it up and deal with everything that they had said and did to me. I was a mere maid to them, to them I have no emotions, hobbies or abilities worth noting. When it's not true...I do just they don't care."
