Restless mind, Empty heart [Masato Hijirikawa Love story] Uta No Prince Sama

When the cameras rolled Masato wasn't sitting beside Ren like he had on the first day, instead his chair was set up beside Reina's. It was rather obvious that Reina was rather uncomfortable with Masato sitting beside her instead of beside Ren like he had the first day. Ren was the first to speak up once it was known that the cameras were on. 

"Good morning everyone, today it'll be just the three of us. Since it is the second to last day, all of you will see just how we are around another without the others influences. Before we get into the fun things, as stated on the board that Reina has written out-we need to talk about the twenty-eighth and nineth. Both days she was rarely even in them even though she should have been." Ren spoke seriously

Masato nodded his head in agreement. "Let's start with your solo day Jinguji. I believe what kick started Reina's attitude was the morning questions you had answered. It should be mentioned once more that all of us when we aren't on camera are watching those on camera. Even now in a different room in Shining agency the others of STARISH and QUARTET NIGHT are watching this. On Jinguji's day-Reina had been watching the show from that room until she couldn't stand the hate she was having just for being around the two of us."

Reina said nothing as she kept her eyes on her lap with her hands together, she didn't know what to say to add to what Masato and Ren were doing. She had been warned at breakfast by both of them that they were going to be speaking up and protecting her as a trainee. But it didn't make the realization that people hated her any better or less for her.

Ren the spoke up. "I realize that many of the fans of myself and Hijirikawa are truly devoted towards us, that all of you wish to continue to love us. But to me, she is just my kohai. Nothing more." Ren said before he looked at Masato

Masato took one of Reina's hands which freaked her out as her pink eyes widened as he laced his hand with hers before he kissed the top of her hand softly. "Unlike with me, I am with her. I was highly upset that due to the fear she had of all of you being rude and inconsiderate of her feelings that I couldn't spend the day of my birth with her. Even though all of the things that had been set up were set up by her. It wasn't until off camera I was able to speak to her about it. It is why now she refuses to speak. It is why her reaction is as it is." Masato said calmly

Reina wanted to pull her hand from his, but she knew she couldn't. Even though it looked like he had a gently hold on her hand-he didn't. The hold was rather tight and she knew that he wouldn't let go of her until she got over her fear of being on camera. She took a deep breath before she spoke.

"It has been a few weeks now that I've been around Masato, I had no way of knowing that he had wanted to be with me until he had came to find me outside after the death of my god father. On the way back home from getting me from being in the cold snow, he asked me to be with him. I agreed since I do care for him and I feel something for him that I never felt around any male before. But as it stands...Feeling love for someone who is a big shot idol like he is...its scary since I know I'll have people hating me for being around him." Reina began to say as she looked down 

She then shut her eyes and took another deep breath, once she opened her eyes she spoke once more looking at the camera.

"Those who are fans of Masato, I know you are probably shocked and angered that someone like me is with him. But allow me to ask all of you this-what if you were in my shoes. Would you want the hate and discrimination that you'd place upon me? Or would you want people to support you? If you do not wish to be known as a fake fan for not allowing your favorite idol to do as they wish and please, I'd suggest all of those who have placed hate upon me for being friendly towards Jinguji senpai and Masato to stop faking being fans of them. You obviously don't care about them as much as you claim you do. That is all I will say upon the subject."
