Vihaan POV:

I walked out of the room; I couldn't stay there any longer because I didn't know what I was going to do in anger.

How could she think of leaving me? I understand it is our baby, but if she undergoes the operation, she is going to die. Why doesn't she understand that?

I sat near a tree and shouted to ease my pain, but it was no use. I felt like my heart was breaking. Someone's hand was on my shoulder, so I turned back to see Rahul there.

In a very low tone, I said, "Get lost from here, Rahul. I don't want to talk to anyone now."

He sat beside me and said, "Bhai, everyone came to see Killer. Within 3 hours, she is going for the operation theatre. Are you sure you don't want to be with her now?"

My heart clenched at the thought of leaving her for even this small period of time. What if something happens to her? He shook me, saying, "Bhai, talk to me."

I shouted, "CAN'T YOU JUST LEAVE ME ALONE FOR A MINUTE, RAHUL?"

He looked scared, but he shouted back, "WHY ARE YOU BEHAVING LIKE THIS, BHAI? IN THIS TIME, SHE NEEDS YOU THE MOST. WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?"

I didn't answer back because I was done. I was done with everything. I don't want anything but her now. I want to take her into my arms and run away to some peaceful place where only we both can be there for the rest of our lives.

Without knowing, tears fell from my eyes. Rahul hugged me tight, saying, "Bhai, I know this is tough for you as well, but understand that she is having a life inside her. How can she just abandon a life that is about to come into this world?"

I hugged him back, crying, as I said, "She is leaving me, Rahul. My Vie is leaving her Aan. How can I live without her? I feel like my whole world is destroying. Whom Should I live for, I don't find any reason to be alive anymore, Rahul."

He rubbed my back, saying, "Bhai, she is not going anywhere. She promised everyone that she will stay strong and come back to us alive. Trust her, Bhai. She always trusted you in everything, and now it is your turn to support her, Bhai. After all, that baby is a gift of your love, so she is willing to do anything to protect that. So please, come inside. She needs you now."

I shook my head, saying, "I will sit here for some time, Rahul. Leave me alone." He sighed, saying, "Okay, fine. Take your time, but remember, every second is precious to you now, so don't waste it much. I am going to check with her." With that, he left.

I don't know how long I sat there, crying. After some time, I went inside to check on her. Rishi came running to me, hugging me and saying, "Jiju, they took her inside. I don't know if she will come back alive. I am scared, Jiju."

"What? They took her inside?" I looked wide-eyed at Rahul as he nodded. I collapsed, whispering, "No, no, this can't be happening."

My father and Rahul came to my side, helping me up as I kept shouting, "No, I want to see her now. I want her beside me. How can she leave me and go?"

I saw everyone sitting there and crying. I went to my mom, saying, "Maa, please ask her to come back. I will do whatever you want me to. I will sleep separately from now on. Maa, please."

She cupped my face and pulled me in for a hug, saying, "She will come back alive for us, for you, Vihaan." I shook my head and went to my dad, saying, "Dad, isn't she your princess? Then tell her not to leave me, Dad, please."

I cried, falling to the floor. Rahul came, hugging me and said, "Bhai, please stay strong. She will be back within 7 hours."

"7 hours?" I asked, and everyone nodded. I wiped my eyes and went and sat in front of the Operation theatre, saying, "Okay, I will sit here for 7 hours. After that, if she doesn't come out, then I am going in and taking her back with me."
