"You ready?" Tamika asked Kandi as she pulled up to the abandoned warehouse in her rented vehicle.

Kandi wasn't sure what the appropriate response was in this instance. She wasn't entirely sure what Tamika's plan was. All she knew was Tamika asked her if she still wanted to fight Shamea to which she answered 'yes'.

That was a simple answer considering everything the woman had done to her. However, this question was different. She had no idea what else Tamika had planned.

In the driver seat, Tamika sat awaiting Kandi's confirmation. She knew what she came here to do. Simply put, Keith nor Shamea would be a problem following today.

"Yeah, I'm ready."

"You sure cause if you gon' end up crying then you can stay in the car.." Tamika replied which got her swatted on the shoulder.

"All I'm going is fighting her. I can definitely handle that.."

"Cool." With that confirmation, they both exited the car and walked to the entrance. As soon as they turned the corner into the dark warehouse they were greeted with Tamika's cousins.

As they stepped to the side, the smirks on their faces grew wider than Kandi thought were possible to reveal to people tied to chairs with bags over their heads.

Kandi could tell exactly who they were before Tamika's cousins removed the bags. She had a feeling those two weren't making it out of there alive.

She knew Tamika meant it when she said they would both pay for what they'd done. However, she couldn't help but feel like she underestimated how far she'd take this.

As the bags were removed she immediately made eye contact with Shamea's tear-stained face. She had to admit she felt bad for her ex-friend. But she only reminded herself that this wasn't her fault. She didn't make either of them hurt her and now it was time to pay.

The air between them crackled with tension as Kandi faced off against Shamea in the dimly lit warehouse.

"Can y'all untie her so I can get this over with?" Kandi's voice was sharp, her eyes blazing a hole into Shamea's skull. She refused to turn her gaze to the right where Keith was.

Her focus was on her supposed friend right now. Her betrayal was worse than any beating Keith ever gave her. It cut her deep.

She watched as they removed the tape from her mouth and the pleas began to spill from her mouth. "Please Kandi! Don't let them do this. I promise we can walk away from this. I never meant to hurt you! Please forgive me.."

Her pleas fell on deaf ears amongst everyone including her precious Keith.

"You betrayed me, Shamea. You broke my trust, and now you expect me to forgive you just like that?" Kandi retorted.

Shamea's expression faltered, guilt flashing across her features as they finished untying her and pushed her towards Kandi.

She took a hesitant step forward, knowing the ass-whooping that lay in front of her. "Kandi, please, I know I messed up. But I'm begging you, give me another chance. I'll do anything to make things right between us." Her tears were like serotonin to Tamika.

She couldn't help but watch the usually confident woman beg for her girlfriend not to beat her ass. Everyone stood around watching the interaction.

Shamea was obviously scared but Kandi wasn't ready to relent, not yet. With a determined glint in her eyes, she squared her shoulders and prepared to defend herself against Shamea's pleas.
