I feel her fingers climbing up my back and I open my eyes slowly to see her smiling at me. I smile back leaning over to kiss her forehead and take her hand in mine. The dream comes back to me full force and I blink away a single tear that makes a trail down my face anyway. Not Lianne, not Laura, She was who I was meant to end up with. She was my happily ever after.
