Michael: 

Hair Stylist - you style each of the boys hair and help michael dye his, you also help out with clothing styling. 

Calum:

Tour manager assistant - you help the tour manager manage the boys and get them food. you also look after them. 

Ashton: 

Schedule Runner - you get the lads where at they need to be at the right times and take care of family tickets.

Luke:

Instrument Set up - you take care of the boys guitars, bass and drum kit on the road. always checking the tune and that every thing is in place.
