Chapter 32: Camila

Camila's POV

This past month has been nothing but singing and Christmas feels everywhere. December was always my favorite month to begin with. I always felt that once it reached December 1st, this sort of jolly feeling enters me and I feel so happy knowing Christmas is just weeks away.

During this month, the girls and I were able to perform on the Jingle Ball tour. It was insane to know that they invited us, and being able to play at Madison Square Garden as well was such a dream come true honestly.

The year was soon coming to a close and I couldn't help but flashback to all of the memories that were made during 2013. After the x factor, we took a short break. We were signed to Epic records though, which caused so much excitement to the five of us. After about 2 or 3 months of a break and being at home, we had to get to business.

The five of us flew out to Los Angeles to begin our dreams and music careers. Soon enough, we came out with our first single, Miss Movin' On. We recorded a few more songs in the studio, which then featured on our EP Better Together.

But to promote the single, we did a mall tour called Harmonize America. After that, everything just started going up for us. We couldn't believe the success that was happening because shortly after, we went on tour with Cher Lloyd, and that was unbelievably fun.

Now 2013 is coming to a close, and I can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for us next.

It was New Year's Eve and as usual, I sent out individual texts to all of my friends and of course sent one in the group text that included Veronica, Lauren and I.

C: happy new years my beautiful ladies (: another year is going to go by in just a few more hours and i'm so happy to know that i am ending this year with the privilege of knowing you lovelies! enjoy tonight!

Vee: aw camila ((': you got me sobbing so much. i'm so glad to have met you all this year, i swear i would not have been this happy if it weren't for meeting my actual role models

Laur: camz omg. you and your words i love you so much. here's to another year of being in the most amazing girl group

Laur: and to vee, i'm so happy that we met you as well. you bring so much joy to all of us, it is never a dull moment at all. can't wait to spend 2014 knowing you you fucking queen. i love you boo

Vee: this is my favorite day ever i love you guys thank you for being a girl group i would not have anything to obsess over if it weren't for you guys

Vee: before i even knew you guys personally i would constantly watch all of your performances on youtube just because it sucked knowing that x factor was done. i loved watching your tweet, text, and call videos and seeing how genuine and down to earth you all were. it made me smile knowing how normal you all seemed. i always wished to be one of those fans that got to talk to you guys on the phone like i envied them so much omgg

Vee: i still can't believe that i am able to talk to you guys. like if i'm ever having a bad day, i can't believe that i am able to either just text or call one of you guys, and you'll be able to help me out

Vee: you guys helped me a lot, and also my brother, and we can't thank you enough, but if anything, jase and i will never ever stop supporting you guys. we loved you from the start and we'll love you guys until the end
