"The duck was acting weird."

Sera stops her writing as she glances at the direction of the "Observer" behind her desk. In other words, Adam.

Sera is one of the few who truly knows who they are. Adam made it clear after given this 'job' not wanting anyone to know who they were.

Even outside the meeting the former human stays in the clothing as 'Observer' or other outfits not able to pick them out. Found ways to even change the colors of their own wings or hide them out of sight. Besides the blue scarf being the only thing that you might be able to know it was them or a rando. It made them a mystery to everyone even for the Exterminators. Sometimes it felt like that for Sera and the others.

It was sad.

The first human was different compare to the time in the garden. On Earth. The final nail when he died to reach to Heaven and learn neither of his sons were here. Or Hell. That seem to be the last straw. Change into someone that wasn't Adam. Doesn't interact with their family, the winners or even Heaven born. If they did wouldn't know it was Adam. One point Sera wonders if they change even before reaching the gates. Those two names were the only thing that kept some kind of hold to have a part of Adam back. 

At the end will never know.

The same with not knowing when they'll actually speak to you.

It just it's rare for Sera to ever hear them speak. To hear them talk was a surprise, one deep down she misses. In a way could understand why he had to talk about this subject. As they had to before be a substitute and have a meeting with Lucifer about the extermination. That was worrying but had to trust them to make sure nothing will go on. Be professional.

It was, at least from the camera feeds. The only part she was displeased to learn, currently what this meeting about was that Lucifer found out who Observer. Didn't finished the whole video as Observer came back, gave her the scrolls and start out with this.

"Weird as in?"

"Like he was high on crack and sprouting out nonsense to get on my nerves."

Frown at the choice of words. Well, it could be honestly be worse.

"Then try to hug me."

"He tries to do what?"

"Are you on crack?"

Lucifer lung out at Adam. An intent to grab them.

Adam could have stood right there. After all was using holo tech. Wonder if Hell hasn't released that? Just for safety reasons after some bad encounters with the other Exterminators, Lucifer and Lilith in the room. Let Lucifer find out and be a fool as his body collide into nothing.
