The Interview

I sat in the leather seat adjusting my body comfortably. The interviewer lady wanted to ask questions about Shawn and I's relationship. I was nervous because I didn't wanna ruin his rep or anything.

"What's it like to date Shawn Mendes y/N?" she first asked holding some note cards in her hands.

"A roller coaster" I chuckled.

She smiled and nodded.

"Why's that?"

"Well Shawn and I have had our ups and downs in the past frequently but we've made it work" I replied.

"How did you two meet?" she asked.

All the memories came flooding back to me as I gazed up into Shawn's eyes.

"We met in Toronto at a little cafe on accident" I replied chuckling.

*flashback*

I was headed to my car and I saw him standing by the cafe enjoying a cup of coffee. I've been a fan for a while so I approached him slowly but kindly asking for a picture. He asked what my name was how old I was what life was like back in the states. It was really awkward but he asked me on a date. I agreed of course and we went to have coffee in the cafe next door.

"was it love at first sight?" she asked smiling.

*flashback*

Not necessarily considering I was fan and he was still sketchy about taking me on a date but he got over it and asked me where I was from and then he told me he was coming to my state for a concert and he wanted me there. I agreed, of course and one month later I was standing in line to meet this kid that I've already been on a date with. when I approached him he didn't hug me, he embraced me and I've never felt so much emotion come out of his body when he did, it was magical almost.

*end*

"We're you starstruck?" she asked.

I looked at shawn again and smiled. I shrugged as he gave me the cheesiest smile ever.

"I guess you could say I was lovestruck"

sigh. can this happen to me when I go to Toronto please thanks... depressed now because shawn makes me happy/sad/emotional/lonely/////////
