Its been a year since addison passed away and it all still feels like yesterday, sky put her wedding plans back on vand we're all enjoying some quality family time together at Hetty's place for a grill out. The boys are outside handling the girls while us ladies are having some girl time

Amber: so skylar, when are you going to set a date for your big day. Carter proposed almost two years ago

Skylar: wow! Has it really been that long? It feels like just yesterday when it all happened

How did it happen? What was the story behing that proposal?

Skylar: it was a regular proposal, nothing extreme

Sofia: ok nothing about that was average, it was really sweet. On their one year anniversary he sang her a song marry me by Jason derulo. See carter can sing but he doesn't do it at all and the song basically says one day I'll ask you to marry me, she absolutely lived it and said to him if that one day ever comes shed want him to sing her that song again. Its impossible to surprise sky so I helped. She did not expect anything but a normal dinner and when the band started playing the song he did what she once asked and sang it to her then he said "that one day is today and asked her to marry him, her reaction was priceless. It was a proposal he planned from that first anniversary so it was one to remember. Carter's actually not a bad dancer either. Her proposal was the most romantic thing ever

That's your normal? It sounds like that was completely amazing

Skylar: so maybe it was better than normal. He totally made me cry and I expected sofia to tell me about something like that. I hate surprises but that one was so incredibly sweet. It was one of the best nights of my life

Amber: make him sinmg you a song. I need to hear this

Skylar: do you not know how to use YouTube? He has a bunch of videos

Amber: I've seen his YouTube videos and he's very good Inna studio but I want to hear him live. That could all be editing

Sofia: you know he really let's his accent slip when he's singing and most girls think that british asccent of his is kind of hot which is is a little. His voice is amazing

Nell: what does carter do?

Sofia: don't you people watch television. He plays a cop on one of the hottest crime drama's on TV and he's not bad at it either

I thought he was a real cop

Skylar: the ones on TV make more money. He has mostly female fans because well he's a dark skinned British cop who's often always shirtless on set so they love that crap and he's hot so who wouldn't. His TV girlfriend kind of reminds me of you kensi but in real life she's a total princess in real life

Sofia: he doesn't use his British accent on set either, its full on american like what he usually does

Hetty: I'm a fan of the show, he's a very convincing cop, almost like he's learning from an actual detective

He does spend a lot of time with deeks who was a detective before becoming a special agent, and hetty you actually watch the show?

Hetty: I do, he gave me the full three season signed by the stars, when news got out that carter Prentiss had a baby girl his fans went insane. When he posted the first picture of Olivia they fell in love

She's one adorable little girl and having the same color eyes, skin and hair as carter sold them on the belief that she's his actual daughter

Skylar: he owns that. She goes wherever he goes, she inherited being a daddy's girl
