her big day

Skylar's POV

I couldn't believe it was happening, my wedding day. It took
Longer than I expected but today is the day I agree to spend the rest of my life with a man who owns my heart. I was sitting on the cpouch in my dad's house with my parents and sisters, we were all already dressed but had about an hour before it was time to leave out. I have to admit, I'm nervous because I want everything to be perfect. I'm sitting here in my designer strapless princess styled wedding dress that has a low v cut and my hair is up in a bun, my colorsnare gold and whites so I'm looking forward to an elegant wedding with about fifteen hundred guests

Sofia: you look nervous

A little bit, I've planned this day since o was fifteen years old so I want everything to be absolutely perfect

Sofia: it will be, you have no reason to be nervous because today will be exactly what you imagined and I thought this princess look would be stupid but it looks amazing. I'm in love with that dress. Its kind of perfect so searing cherry cheese cake is the stupidest idea ever

I don't have plans on dropping it on my dress. This cost me or I should say mom nine thousand dollars on the dress alone

Deeks: on a dress? That's ridiculous

Sarah: she wanted it and hopefully she'll only be geting married once so no limit. Her wedding fund was pretty huge so for her big day I decided to spoil her. She wanted something small but really I wanted something huge so she told me she's not paying for my idea and I have a lot of money so that wasn't an issue. She gets to be a princess today and she's so happy. I'm going to get your Vail from the car, get rid of the desert it's nine in the morning

Mom went to the car and I sat beside my dad and said "daddy could you tell her that I don't need the full princess experience? She means well and I love her so if I tell her the horse and carriage is too much she'll be upset with me bit of you tell her it will be fine because she already thinks your messing up all her ideas. What's wrong with a simple car. She'll do all this for sofia on her day

Sofia: who says I'm ever getting married? If o do decide to do that I won't tell her until a week before then wedding because I want like fifty or sixty people not fifteen hundred

I always wanted a huge fairytale weddinmg and she made that happen so she'll go with your idea. The horse and carriage is just too much but she thinks it's what I want because I was five when I said that. She remembered all the details of what I wanted and I love her for that. Dad can shut the last idea down while I fix my lipstick

Mom walked back in holding my Vail which was linger than my dress and everything I've always wanted

Mom that's so perfect and it has a tiara. Are those diamonds real?

Sarah: of course they are. The tiara is perfect because your wearing your hair up in a bun. I'll fix it for you after I put on my dress

Deeks: your already dressed, what's wrong with that one?

Sarah: her hair is up so I'll wear mine down and if I wear my hair down it won't work with this dress. You won't get it

Mom dad has something to tell you about your carriage idea.

Mother rolled her eyes and said "what now?"

Deeks: I like it but skylar doesn't. She wants to go in a car, you know. Something normal. Your ideas are over the top and she's a simple girl

Sarah: I really don't like you right now but fine. Its all about what skylar wants so she can make any changes she wants to make. Its her day not mine so I will respect her decisions and you need to shave your face and comb your hair, you look ridiculous

Deeks: I'm not changing my nstyled by pillow look and she doesn't mind so you can stop talking now

Sarah: your lucky I don't have my taser Rapunzel

Deeks: I'll take that as a compliment cruella

Could you two stop it, even if its just for today try to get along. Let's get this show on the road, I'm already tired. You know it as not like me to wake up so early. I'm not a morning person

We continued getting dressed then headed out to the church. Everyone walked in and i stood outside with my dad waiting for the music to play for me

Deeks: I want you to know that your beautiful and you found someone who loves you for you. Its great how in love you are and even though I'm giving you away today you'll always be my little girl. I love you and that will never change princess. Bella, Taylor and Olivia ready to drop the rose petals so its time angel. Are you ready to do this baby?

I'm ready daddy

The music started playing and dad walked me down the long aisle. When we reached the alter hwe lifted my Vail and handed me up to carter then took his seat. The ceremony wasn't too long and we both recited our vows in Italian, it was so beautiful and his words made me tear up a little. When the priest said "you may now kiss your bride" he did just that. The kiss wasn't too long but it was filled with passion and love. After the wedding we went to a grand ballroom rot the wedding reception where everyone danced and had the time of their lives. Dad even  sahereed one dance with my mom. It was nice to see them finally behaving like adults. My night was perfect. For my first dance with carter I knew exactly what he was going to do when I heard the music. Instead of allowing me he band to play the song hensang to me. It was our song thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran. It was indeed a fairytale wedding and I wouldn't change a second of it. I have an incredibly amazing but at the same time dysfunctional family and I love them all
