I was interrupted half way through the episode by a knock at the door.

I opened it and he smirked.
I tried to close the door but he put his foot in the doorway.
"Rude." He laughed.
"What are you doing here, Luke?"
He smirked again and waved Michaels phone in the air.
"So.. You gonna let me in?"
"Where's Michael?"
"With Calum. You gonna let me in or not?"
"I would rather not.." I trailed off.
He glared at me and I stepped aside.

"Nice place." He said, walking into the living room.
"Get to the point."
"Excuse me?"
"You came to my house, I'll be rude if I want to be. What are you doing here?"
"I don't know."
"Luke seriously, I don't have time for this."
"I really don't know, Michael's phone was on the table and your message flashed up."
"Does Michael know you're here?"
"No."

Luke and I stood in silence for a while.
"Can I wait for him?" He blurted.
"I guess so.."
We sat in the living room for a few hours, Luke sat on his phone while I continued the Vampire Diaries.

Someone knocked at the door and I stood up to answer it when Luke grabbed my wrist.
"Do not tell Michael I'm here." He added.
I nodded and opened the door.

"Hey, I would've texted you but I think I lost my phone.." He mumbled.
"It's fine." I stepped aside and let him in.

Michael's pov

I walked in to Gemma's living room and saw Luke standing in the middle of the floor.
"Hi, Michael."
"Shit.." I muttered.

"So, Gemma was the reason you couldn't come to mine?"
"Sort of.."
"Explain."
"He doesn't have to explain anything to you." Gemma stated.
"She has a point." I added.
"Michael, I'm your best friend. I would appreciate if you didn't lie to me, yeah?"

Luke can be rude and mean and an ass but he really doesn't like to be lied to.
I wasn't sure about telling Luke the truth, if he knew my parents were away then he'd probably throw a party in my house and then make me stay the night with him while they were away.

"I didn't lie to you." I mumbled
He laughed.
"You told me you were busy with a girl."
"Yeah..."
"Gemma is the girl?" He scoffed.
"Not exactly.."

I couldn't lie to Luke further. He's not a nice person sometimes but we are best friends, and best friends don't lie.

"I spent the night here last night."
Luke's eyes widened.
"So.. Are you guys.." He trailed off.
"No! No, god no."
He sighed with relief.
"I needed a place to stay because my parents are away."
"Dude, why didn't you stay with me?"
"Because my dad probably would've phoned to ask Gemma's parents if I was actually there."
"Have they called yet?"
"No, her parents are away too."

Luke laughed.
"Get your bag, let's go."
He said before walking out the front door.
I took my bag and put it over my shoulder before looking back at Gemma who was still standing in the living room.
"I'm sorry.." I mumbled before leaving for real, with Luke.
