Movie Summary:

He believes the person jumped from a building near by, bounced off a roadblock and landed on the truck. The partner seems sceptical but they discover a high rise has a broken glass; they go up to find a suicide note talking about the devil.

Moments later an elevator holding a salesman, another man, a young woman, an old woman, and a security guard has broken down. A repairman tries to fix it while two other security guards are watching the elevator through a camera. Already the people stuck in the elevator take a dislike to each other. The elevator’s light goes off and crashes are heard. When the lights turn back on the salesman is dead with a piece of mirror stuck in his throat. The two security guards call the FBI agent investigating the suicide to come up and figure out what is going on. They review the footage and find a creepy fiery demon face pop up and disappear, they suspect the security guard killed the salesman the FBI agent does his research on the people in the elevator and discover that the security guard had beaten someone up till the point of him being in a coma. The FBI agent tries to figure out what is going on while the repairman is going down to the elevator while holding on to the rope he falls and dies on top of the elevator. The group see blood dripping from the ceiling.

The FBI agent checks out all the other people to discover that the man already dead had a lot of enemies because he had fired them all, the old woman is a thief, the woman is trying to take her husbands money, and the other man has hidden a red duffle bag somewhere. In the elevator the lights go off and the old woman is hanging dead. The FBI agent finds the duffle bag to be full of tools. He gets firemen to come in and drill a hole through the building wall to get to the elevator. Meanwhile the man’s fiancé come into the building explaining to the FBI agent that he left the tools in the bathroom because he didn’t want to bring them to his business meeting and so she was to take them.

Later on the elevator goes off again and the security guards head is twisted around. Soon after the woman to dies and the old woman is standing with all black eyes, she is the Devil and tells the man that they were all bad people. At that point he confesses to being in an accidental hit and run and was never caught. The FBI agent realizes that he was the man that hit his wife and son, when he says he is so sorry, the FBI agent has a letter from him saying he is so sorry. The FBI agent forgives him, and the Devil is unable to take the man’s life. Moments later the firemen get into the elevator and free the man. However later on the FBI agent takes him to the station, and tells the man that he forgives him, even though he doesn’t want to. THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review:

I enjoyed this movie. It was interesting and different. I liked how the devil was in the elevator the whole time, and how he got all of them together to punish them. Also all their deaths were gross but not cheesy, very nicely done. I don’t know what else to say really, it was a rather short movie. The movie was cool and creepy. That’s it. Oh, and I really liked that idea that when the devil was in all bad things happened, including dropping toast, it would land upside down if the Devil was near.

This movie was interesting, and I would recommend this to everyone. It is fairly unique and keeps your attention. This review is short because there isn’t anything really bad to say.
