Summary:

            Sandy Patterson gives his full name, birthday, and social security number to a woman on the phone; she promises him that doing this will protect his identity. Unfortunately Sandy does not know he has given his information to a con. She makes up ID with his information but her picture. She also makes tons of credit cards under his name and social security number. She then goes out pretending to be Sandy Bigalow Patterson. She maxes out his cards, and is arrested under his name.

            In Denver the real Sandy Patterson has problems of his own. Living in a small apartment with his pregnant wife and two daughters his job doesn’t pay the greatest and his boss is an ass who is too cheap to give out bonus checks. After work Sandy is stopped by a group of his workers, he tells Sandy that he is starting his own firm and taking all of his bosses’ clients. He promises Sandy a vice president position. Sandy accepts and goes home telling his wife of the great news. The next day on his way to work Sandy can’t pay for gas, his credit card has been declined and when he goes in for assistance the employee cuts his card. Upset Sandy is then pulled over and arrested for missing a court date in Florida. At the station Sandy explains he wasn’t in Florida, hasn’t been arrested before, and then puts together the expenses on his credit card. The cop in charge of his case believes someone must have stolen his identity and then pulls the mug shot of the woman using his identity in Florida. Sandy is released and heads to his new work.

            At his new job his new boss knows about his bad credit scores and tells him this will hurt the business. Just then the cop comes in and tells Sandy that the woman might be involved with a drug business. He searches Sandy’s new workplace for drugs. Finding nothing though. Sandy is fed up and then finds out he is fired until he has cleared his name. Sandy then plans to bring in this woman and get her to confess to his boss while cops listen into a wire. His new boss agrees to this plan and gives him a week to get it done.

            That night he packs and says goodbye to his family. His flies to Florida and waits at a hair salon where she has scheduled an appointment. Sandy spots her leaving and follows her. She ends up slamming the brakes on him and he rear ends her. Wanting to get money out of him, they exchange insurance information and he shows her his Sandy Bigelow Patterson ID. She tries to take off but the two fight. She punches him in the throat and takes off in his car. Without her keys he takes a cab to her home which he found out in the information she had in her new fiat.

            At her house the two fight again until two people show up and blow a hole through her door. The two take off in his car and he calls her Diana.

            Meanwhile the two with guns call their boss. Apparently Diana has sold him used fake ID’s and it got him in jail. He wants his two to find her and kill her, even the guy she is now with.

            On the road Diana tries to take off but Sandy threatens to call the cops, she ends up agreeing to drive to Denver with him and help get his job back.

            Night soon approaches and Diana asks to pull over for the night and get a bite to eat. He first tells her to order a soup and salad but when the waitress comes she orders a huge meal. Sandy tells her to eat less, and then Diana breaks down crying to the waitress saying how her ‘husband’ (Sandy) lost his dick and how he’s always mad at her and says she’s to fat. The waitress feels bad for Diana and gets her meal on the house and sticks her finger in Sandy’s soup, disgusted at him.

            Later at the motel he gets a room with only one bed, and again Diana tells the guy there how he has no dick from an injury, he then makes a comeback but she takes it very bad and heads to a bar nearby. There she meets “Big Chuck’ the two hit it off drinking and then Sandy comes in. Diana tells Chuck again about his broken dick and how he’s into watching her with other men. Chuck and Diana dance and Sandy is forced to stay, afraid she’ll take off. Back at the motel room, Chuck half strips for Sandy, and so Sandy hides in the bathroom. Chuck and Dianna then have sex and poor Sandy turns on the water, and ties a towel around his head, not wanting to hear them. After Diana is finished with Chuck she is about to take off but feels bad when she answers Sandy’s phone and it’s his youngest daughter. She decides to stay.

            The next day when Sandy pays for the room, a bounty hunter takes off with Diana. Sandy chases them and ends up hitting the truck from the side causing the truck to flip over a few times. Incredibly Diana gets out fine and before they can celebrate Sandy’s car which he left in the middle of the highway is hit by a truck. They are forced to take the truck which is close to breaking down. Diana ties up the hunter with a juice box in the truck and they drive off.

            Not long after the truck breaks down and they are forced to walk leaving the hunter behind. It gets dark so Sandy decides to take a short cut through the woods. IN the woods a snake crawls up Sandy’s pants and he throws his pants off with his cell and wallet. Another snake bites him and Diana beats up Sandy with a burning stick to kill the snake. Sandy goes unconscious and Diana carries him to the gas station. When Sandy wakes up he is in gross pants Diana found in the lost and found and shoes a hobo apparently died in. He still has three hundred dollars in his sock, so they buy a car at a junk yard and keep driving to Denver. However they don’t have enough money to make it all the way to Denver.

            When Sandy is about to give up Diana comes up with an idea. The two get into a firm his old boss owns and they sneak into the records room where they make some credit cards for Sandy under his old bosses name. The two then get a luxurious suit at a high end hotel and Diana gets the opportunity to get a makeover. The two then sit down for dinner and Sandy finds out Diana doesn’t know what her real name is. Just then the guy they snuck past to get into the records room shows up with cops. Diana and Sandy are arrested for credit fraud. In a cop car they have that hunter after them with the two people with the guns in his trunk. Diana ends up smashing through the cop car window and escapes out of it with Sandy. Diana then is hit by a car but incredibly is ok and ends up punching Sandy in the throat when she comes to. They get out of the area and Sandy makes it home with Diana. That night however he decides he’s not going to take Diana into work and get her arrested again. He has become her friend.

            The next morning Diana is gone. Sandy heads to his new job and is surprised to see Diana there. She has turned herself into the cop. And Sandy got his job.

            A year later living in a nice home with his third daughter, Sandy and his family visit Diana in jail. She has become a good friend to his kids and to him and his wife. At the end he tells her he found her real name. Dawn Budgie. She laughs at how bad the name is and goes back into the jail. On her way in though the guard tries to hurry her so she punches the guard in the throat and then they shoot her with a taser. Again though, she is ok and THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Movie Review:

            I really love this movie. I watched in theatres with a couple of friends. It was a great comedy. I couldn’t stop laughing, even that ridiculous sex scene, I don’t like that kinda stuff in movies but this was just so funny, with Sandy in the bathroom banging his head because of all the noise, so funny!

            I swear I was constantly laughing. Mellissa McCarthy is just so funny; you have got to love her in all her movies, if you don’t you suck! And also Jason Bateman is amazing too; this movie had a great cast. If they had other actors it wouldn’t be as good. I love them, they are just so funny and together they were amazing. I could watch this movie every day.

            Please, please watch this movie, it is so good. You will be dying with laughter. SO hilarious! Great comedy, great actors, great ending, great storyline.
