Movie Summary:

Jordan works as an emergency responder. One day at work she gets a call from Leah Templeton, saying there is a man in her home. Jordan guides Leah to hide in her home. Leah follows Jordans instructions of opening the window and tossing her flip flops outside. The intruder gets into Leah’s room but notices this. He is about to leave and go outside to look for her. Meanwhile Leah lays under her bed with Jordan still on the phone. Everything seems to be going good but Leah accidentally hangs up the phone. Worried, Jordan calls her back, but the intruder who is about to leave hears the phone ring, and then Leah picks up right away. The intruder runs back to her bedroom and kills Leah. Jordan manages to get on the phone with him, and he tells her ‘It’s already done.’ When she tells him not to harm Leah. Leah screams. The line goes dead.

Later on the news Leah’s discovery of her mutilated body gives Jordan has a breakdown. Her colleagues tell her to move on, but she cant. Six months later Jordan is teaching how to be a 911 responder to new employees.

Meanwhile Casey, leaves a mall. She has two cell phones. Her own smart phone and a prepaid cell which her friend left behind at the food court before ditching her. A maroon sedan almost hits Casey while she’s in the underground parking. The driver comes out and apologies but within second he grabs her and suffocates her till she passes out. He puts her in his trunk.

Back at the headquarters Jordan is leading her tour to where they take calls. Jordan introduces the students to a new operator who is taking calls. This newbie happens to get the call from Casey. Casey is calling from her friends prepaid phone while in the trunk. Jordan quickly takes over the call. Casey says shes going to die, and Jordan’s anxieties build up. She quickly controls herself and tries to find Casey’s location, but prepaid phones don’t have GPS chips. They don’t know where the moving car is going and many police officers including Jordan’s old boyfriend Paul are trying to find her.

Jordan continues to talk to Casey and learns they are on the highway, an older car, and the driver is white in his thirties, and that there are cans of paint in the car also with a shovel. Casey panics, thinking she’ll be buried. Jordan then tells Casey to kick out a tail light, which she does and waves her arm outside to draw attention. A woman next to them notices the arm and calls 911 and locates where the car is heading and gives a license plate number which turns out to be switched. Unfortunately the woman pulls too close and the kidnapper notices this and quickly gets off the highway.

Jordan then tells Casey to pour the paint out of the taillight, and so she dose this. A man driving alongside notices this and gets the kidnapper to stop. He lets him now of the mess, and so the kidnapper parks away and opens up the trunk. He puts Casey out with some chloroform. While he does this the man on the road pulls up to him to check on him. He notices his weirdness and pretends to leave and is about to call 911 but then the kidnapper hits him and puts him in his trunk and puts Casey in there too. He takes off with the new car.

Casey wakes up in the trunk and the man starts to scream. The kidnapper hears the commotion and then makes sure the man is dead. Back to where the kidnapper left his old car Paul finds the bottle of chloroform and gets it dusted for finger prints. Back to Casey, she believes she’ll die and leaves a sad message for her mom. Jordan tells her to fight, by then an Amber Alert goes out for Casey.

The car is soon low on gas and the kidnapper must pull over for gas. Casey manages to crawl into the cars interior through the back seat, and catches attention of the owner. The kidnapper notices this and pours gas over the owner and sets him on fire. He then punches Casey unconscious.

Later Paul identifies the kidnapper, Michael Foster. A family man and medical technician. Paul and his partners go to his home and talk to his wife. Paul finds a shrine dedicted to Michael’s beautiful blonde sister who died years ago. They find out of his ownership of a cabin and so they all go there to find him.

When Michael parks he finds Casey with her phone and picks up the phone Jordan pleads with him, but all he says is ‘its already done.’ Jordan knows this is Leah’s killer. Jordan loses contact with Casey, and there is nothing more she can do.

In this place, Michael wheels Casey into his laboratory. He forces her to inhale sedatives, but they wear off and Casey manages to slip her bindings. She runs to a room, but is shocked and scared from what is inside. Michael catches her.

Back at headquarters Jordan replays different clips of the conversation, she makes note of a metal clanging sound when Michael breaks the phone. Jordan decides to take matters in her own hands when the police find the cabin empty. Jordan goes to the cabin and finds pictures of Michael and his sister. The pictures show his sister lost her hair and died of cancer, there is even one picture of the two kissing on the lips. Jordan steps outside and hears the clanging noise. Jordan finds a subterranean lair. She goes down and finds the same room Casey wouldn’t go in. It’s a replica of his sisters room, but the bed is bloody. Jordan hides and watches Michael enter the room. What she thought were wigs are actually the scalps of Michael’s blonde victims. He’s been killing girls for their hair to re-enact his twisted fantasies of his sister.

Back in the lab Casey is strapped to an operating table. Michael begins to scalp her, but Jordan interrupts and smashes him in the head, she tries to free Casey, but Michael gets up and tries drowning Jordan. Casey frees herself and slices Michaels face. The two run out but Michael follows them. Casey stabs Michael in the back and knock him into the lab. Jordan almost calls 911 but Casey stops her.

When Michael regains consciousness, he is chained to the wheel chair. Jordan and Casey tell him their version of Casey’s story. Jordan just found her wandering the woods, and he will disappear forever. They leave Michael in his dungeon, ignoring his cries for help. No one will hear him THE END!!!!!!
