Movie Summary:

Years after the first incident the Szalinski family is doing very well. Living in a new house and a little 2 year old Adam. Wayne's machine however is under constant surveillance and the company he's working for doesn't want him working on his machine anymore to get it to make people/objects bigger. At their new house, they still have wacky inventions, including the weird mailbox and a huge playpen for toddler Adam. Nick, and Wayne said goodbye to Amy who is off to college and Diane is driving her there and will be gone for the day. A day is all it takes...

After the two leave Wayne takes Nick and Adam to the company, because Wayne has an idea on how to get the new machine to work. Using the bottom of a glass coke bottle to place in front of the particle beam Wayne thinks this will get the machine to work. They use Adam's toy bunny as a test subject, only when Wayne turnes it on Adam gets caught in the beam and thus Adam and the bunny are affected so everytime they come in contact with electricity, they will grow. Not knowing though, the three leave thinking the machine is a bust but Wayne's boss see's their little coke experiement and doesn't allow Wayne to work on the project anymore.

Back at home everything seems normal, until Wayne turns the microwave on with Adam in the kitchen. When Wayne returns he finds a bigger Adam. Not long after Adam is bigger then Wayne. And Nick and Wayne are chasing an over 6 foot tall Adam around the house.

Later on Diane gets back home to find the giant Adam and then later the babysitter shows up to also find an even taller Adam. Diane and Wayne go to a warhouse in search of his old shrink ray to get Adam back to normal size. Meanwhile Nick and the babysitter he's got a crush on take a ride in Adam's overall pocket. Adam keeps growing and growing till he's taller then most shops, as well as his bunny.

Wayne and Diane however cant hit Adam with the shrink ray, for he's on the move to Las Vegas. He stops at a rock n roll inspired diner where he picks up the glowing elctric guitar, just his size to play to hundreds of freaked out yet awed bystanders. The man who took over Wayne's scientific studies then proceeds with his plans, shooting Adam with a tranquilizer in his hand. It doesn't have an affect on him but poor Adam starts to cry and throw a bit of a temper tantrum. As a last resort Wayne hits his wife Diane with the ray to grow her to a huge size. As a big mother she swats the helicopter that tried to hurt her son away, comforts Adam and gets him to fall asleep. Wayne then shrinks them both to their normal size.

Everything is ok until they realize Nick and the babysitter are still tiny in Adam's dinky car, but the two enjoy their time together with an indian doll in the back seat as a chaperone. Wayne is then given full contorl of his scientific experiment studies. THE END!!!!

Movie Review:

This sequal to Honey, I Shrunk The Kids was absolutely great. Loved the first, loved this. It’s actually the exact same cast (minus Adam of course) which I really liked. It’s a super cute family movie I whole heartedly recommend. Little (big) adorable Adam was just so cute! Of course the movie is older, the affects are quite terrible and cheap. When Ada was about 6 feet and they pick him up, it is painfully obvious they are holding a doll. But for the time it was filmed, it’s ok.

Again, loved Rick Moranis, he is very funny. Anyways I apologize for this messed up summary, but I am very behind on my movie reviews. I watched this movie last September, and I have about over 30 movies that I’ve already watched and need to write on. Stay tuned!!
