Cal's POV

I snagged my pearls into my ears and pulled my hair into a fishtail. I smoothed on my makeup: caramel

eyeshadow (complements my eyes), mascara, and brown/black eyeliner. I slipped on my three quarter

sleeved plain black dress, an oversized cardiganand my long cross necklace. I looked in the mirror for

the last time: my makeup was smooth and in place, and I had three earrings in one ear (pearl, cross,

and cuff) and two in the other (pearl and my initial) and then I checked outside. As I ran outside to

Hallie's waiting car, i yelled "Bye, I'm leaving, love you!" I didnt wait for my parents responses but

instead, climbed into her car.

Hallie looked seasonably adorable in leggings, ballet flats, and a blush pink shirt; an outfit only she

could pull off. Her hair was a loose french braid into a bun and her ears had the cutest little bows in

them. "Hey gorgeous," she greeted me. "Whats up bebe?" I laughed in response. "Seriously, you look

amazing. I think the other team is going to be so distracted they'll lose." "Thats what I'm going for," she

laughed and we began to drive to Covington stadium.

When we got there, a noise like a couple hundred people with shotguns, greeted us. "Wow, its so loud!"

I practically yelled at Hallie. "Yeah, lets go find everyone!" I nodded in agreement and we went to go

find our friends.

Jack's POV

I was looking into the stands and Sam nudged me. He pointed to one area of the stands and what I saw

made me smile. Cal was standing there talking to our friends. She looked amazing, as usual, and I

couldn't look away. I finally tore my eyes away when our coach called a huddle and saw like 5 guys

staring and practically drooling. I punched one of them and we all gathered together. I heard one guy

say, "Dang, Cal is so freaking hot." I looked at him slowly and said, "Dude, she's a girl, not a freakin

temperature." He gulped and turned away. I looked back and thought, dont get distracted! I was about

to turn away when something made my heart sink. Josh was making his way through the crowd

towards Cal and the group. He looked good, AS USUAL, and was smiling. Great, now I'm going to be

extremely distracted. This should be interesting.
