Chapter 36: Surprise (part 2)

Holy shit, already chapter 36. I honestly thought I would have this finished by like 20 something. I haven't typed as much yesterday, got busy--but i will get on it :)

(time skip)

We were about thirty minutes away from the apartment. Christian continued to talk but hearing him out on what he has to say.I guess I felt like we can finally close this.

(Christian)- " I'm sorry (y/n), I miss having you around. Please come back, Sasha and Paige miss you- Xavier, Kofi, E. "

(y/n)- " I heard you alright, just... I don't know if I can forgive you right now- "

(Christian)- " I'd rather take that then you throwing me away" Thats funny cause I was, but not anymore. 

(Christian)- "So you choose him?"

(y/n)- " I don't know, the things he said to me- I don't know if I can face him" My phone was ringing, I reached for it in my pocket. I picked it up.

(y/n)- " Hello?"

(Riley)- " (y/n)! You gotta get home now"

(y/n)- " Why what's wrong?"

(Riley)- "Seth Rollins is here" My heart sank to my stomach, he's there at the apartment?

(y/n)- " Really?" 

(Riley)- " Yeah, he said he was only gonna wait a little while-- or he's gonna leave, so hurry up"

Riley hung up the phone, I placed my phone in the cup holder. He's gonna wait for just a little while? Why?

(y/n)-" Did you have anything to do with this?" I asked Christian

(Christian)- " Didn't think he would show up" I focused my eyes on the road, I circled around. I hope I can make it in time.

(time skip)

I was almost home, my hands tighten on the wheel. I want to make it, I want to see him- but part of me doesn't. What's wrong with me?

(Christian)- " (y/n), Stop!" I hit the brakes, the car tire screech to a stop. I almost made us crash into the barrier that informs us that a train is coming.

(y/n)- " Oh god"

(Christian)- " You alright?"

(y/n)-" no, I need to get to the apartment"

(Christian)- " Hmmm. Trains doesn't seem to be coming. Go"

(y/n)-" What?"

(Christian)- " I'm doing something right, go- I'll take care of the car"

(y/n)-" Christian..."

(Christian)- " Go- before I change my mind"

(y/n)- " Thank you" I kissed him on the cheek. I unbuckled my seatbelt, and got out of the car. I pass the barriers, I looked both ways before crossing the tracks- the train was stalling. I ran across the tracks to get to the other side, I'm just a few blocks away- I hope he's still waiting, to think he has came here to see me, to apologize. I want to see him but what will I say, what will I do? What christian said- is that his way of letting me go?

Don't think right now (y/n), just keep runing- Seth is just a few blocks away. Damn red light! Come on! As a car passes I just ran, two blocks down- one more. I can see the apartment building. As I cross the street, I see the double doors. I'm at arms reach now. I grabbed the doors, entering in. I ran towards the stairs, so many stair cases to go up.

My legs are getting weak, I ran too much on foot. One more case to go. Come on, so close.

I finally reached the third floor. I can finally take a break, I reach the door- knocking repeatedly. The door opens, Riley stood there- letting me inside. I walk in, it was just Riley in here, I don't understand.

(y/n)- "Where is he? Seth?"

(Christian)- " Hey, got here just in time, stupid frieght train. What-- whats wrong?"

(Riley)- " (y/n), he left a while ago.."

(y/n)- " What?" the pain in my chest, its back- I thought that feeling was over.

(Christian)- " Couldn't he wait longer?"

(Riley)- " He made it clear that he was only gonna wait a while"

(y/n)- " Did he say anything?" my voice fell softly, I felt my eyes get watery.

(Riley)- " Nothing, just left"

I couldn't fight back the tears, they start falling on their own.

(y/n)- " He-- he just left?'

(Christian)- " (y/n), there's something I have to tell you"

(Riley)- " Christian, can't this wait?"

(Christian)- " No, I have to say this..hmm- uhh we're gonna be on a tight schedule. We're gonna be flying around a lot more-  a handful of superstars won't have time to come visit home"

(y/n)- " Oh.."

(Christian)- " I'm sorry, I took today as my last day to see you before we have to start flying"

(Y/n)- " when are you leaving?"

(Christian)-" Plane leaves in a couple hours, I have to leave now if I wanna make my flight"

(y/n)-" Okay... "

(Riley)- " How long will you be gone?"

(Christian)- " Probably about 7 or 8 months"

I nodded, if I spoke all of its gonna come out.

(y/n)- " You should go, don't want to miss your flight"

(Christian)- " Yeah, I'll try to keep in touch,  I'll see you soon" he hugs me tightly, kissing my forehead. I follow him out the door, I closed it shut. It made a click sound of the door closing. I locked it, I lowered my head.

(Riley)- " (y/n), are you gonna be okay"

I turned to face her, my face felt hot- my eyes blurry. Salty tears overflowing slidding down both my cheeks. I fall dropping down to my knees with my head on the floor. I cry screaming on the floor, I don't care if someone heard me having a meltdown. Seth and Christian are gone, I wont see them for months. I lost both of them, what am I gonna do now, I'm alone. Riley gets on the floor with me, trying to hold me. Just by holding me makes me cry louder but muffled by the carpeted ground. I can't breathe, I can't- I cough roughly trying to breathe.

(Riley)- " (y/n),(y/n)- calm down everything's gonna be okay" she lifts me from my shoulders trying to pull me up. She lifts me on her lap, holding me till I have cried it all out. I don't know what to do! Oh god! I don't want to feel like this. My loud sobs decreased, choked on words that are trying to come out of my mouth but all I can do is cry.
