What Now?

Harry's POV

"Ahhhh, oh my god" all I heard was sobbing and sobbing on the other end of the phone.

"Lou!!!" I ran over to Louis "are you talkin to Eleanor?" I asked

"No, she got up and left the screen open but all I hear is crying and wailing" Louis told me

"What the hell?" I said running my hand through my hair

"What's going on?" Niall came in and asked followed by Liam and Zayn.

"I was on the phone with ______, she went to answer the door, she- she said there was police, and then there was a crash which I guess was her dropping the phone and then she started breathing heavily and crying loudly" I hate not knowing! i hate not being there for her.

"She'll call back" Liam patted my back.

"Why was she crying?" I wondered

"You said there were police?" Zayn asked

I nodded.

"Wait it out., she's gonna call" Liam told me.

"Harry!! Eleanor is back on the screen" Louis called us over

"Louis?" Eleanor said

"Yeah babe, what's happening what's wrong? why is ______ still crying?" Louis asked.

"Lou, is harry there?" She asked

"I'm right here" I popped my head in the camera. "What happened ?" I asked nervously

"______'s mom died" she said

My face went white and I felt numb.

"Are you serious?!" Zayn said

"Oh that's hard" Niall said

My brain began pacing and pacing.

"She got in an accident and the police came and told her that her mom died Eleanor began quietly crying herself.

"Are come here baby" she took serenity.

"I need to talk to ______" I said

"Not right now Harry" Eleanor said.

"Why?" I shouted

"Oh wait" Eleanor said stepping off screen. There where some whispers and sniffles.

I could hear that the wailing became quieter.

And on screen stepped _______.

She looked like all the life was sucked out of her. her face was swollen and red and wet from all the tears. she looked lifeless.

"She's gone" she managed to push out.

"Babe I'm ..coming over!! I'm gonna try" I said

She didnt say anything, she just looked at the screen. and looked down at the ground beginning to cry.

"I'm going to try" I said

"I'm so so sorry" Liam whispered.

______ just got up and walked away slowly saying "what now?"

"I gotta go. Harry pray for her. don't post anything. ill keep you in contact about anything." Eleanor said and the screen when black.

"Are you okay?" Louis asked me

"No" I shook my head staring at the floor.

"_____'s mom was like my mom, she was the best lady. I can't believe-" I got choked up and let a couple of tears slip. " and ______" I sighed "she's miserable, she's broken and lost and I can't be there for her" I sat down on the couch next to Louis.
