Three more years later...

I walked into the room, laughing.

"Hera's evil!"

Kari mumbled something into her comlink, then looked up at me.

"Yeah, I already knew this." she smirked.

"Huh. Well, she just sent the boys to get a Mailurrun." I chuckled.

"What did Ezra do now?" Kari asked.

Ezra Bridger and Sabine Wren were our most recent members.

Ezra was fourteen, and Sabine was around fifteen at that time. And I was nineteen.

Us three and Kari would hang out when we could, but of course they would sometimes have problems with Kari, like I always used to.

But I wasn't surprised by that.

"Who's evil?" the voice from the comlink asked.

We ignored it.

"What did Ezra do?" Kari asked.

I shrugged. "The usual. He argued with Zeb, got himself in trouble, ruined the supplies..."

She chuckled. "Yeah, that sounds about right. At least it wasn't the cockpit."

"That wouldn't end well." I chuckled.

Then Kari looked back down at her comlink. "No cree, no jela."

"Huh?" I asked her.

"No war, no sword." she told me.

"But we aren't in a war, and we don't have swords." I replied.

"Correction. We aren't in a war yet, but Kanan and Ezra do have swords. Anyway, wanna go to the market?" Kari said, changing subjects and hanging up on whoever she was talking to.

"Wait. But aren't Zeb and Ezra already at the market?" I asked.

She nodded. "Yeah, but they're them. So we should go get it done. Besides, I like town."

I also nodded. "Sure. Let's go."

We grabbed the credits, borrowed the Phantom, and took off.

I'm not even kidding, the second we got out of the Phantom and onto Lothal's ground, a TIE fighter flew right over our heads.

"Whoever's flying that needs piloting lessons bad." I observed.

Kari simply sighed and waved to the TIE.

"Are you crazy?" I hissed, yanking her arm down.

"Absolutely not. Next time that TIE fighter comes by, look closer." she told me.

It flew by again, and I looked closer just to see-

I tapped my comlink and yelled, "Zeb! Ezra! What are you crazy people doing in a TIE fighter!?"

"Well... We, uh, borrowed it?" Ezra asked.

"You didn't borrow anything!" Kari snapped.

"Way to go kid, you got Kari on us!" Zeb yelled.

"Now just get back to the Ghost."

So they did.
