year 5 begins

harrys p.o.v 

ive been locked in my room for basically all of summer, kat went to america so i havent seen her in forever, none of my friends have written and i havent heard anything from anyone. i was sitting on my swing when stupid dudley appered "hey big D. did you beat up another ten year old?" i asked. "this one deserved it" dudley said. his friends nodded in agreement "five against one. very brave" i said "well at least im not afraid of my pillow "no. hes back!" dudley mimicked "whos back? your boyfriend?" dudley said. "wheres your mum potter? she dead? is she dead?" dudley said. i took out my wand and pointed it at his neck. his friends laughed but he knew exactly what is was.

kats p.o.v 

we went to america and now my mums in a very safe place and hopefully they wont find her..but i on the other hand. i have to keep running, i have to get them away from mum, its me they want not her and i dont want her getting mixed up in all this! i was running away from 3 death eaters. they were hitting me with there spells but it wasnt affecting me. i used my speed to lose them. i turned a coner and caught my breath. why me! why is it always me they want! i was constantly on the run...i dont think ill be goning to hogwarts this year..

harrys p.o.v 

i ve been expelled from hogwarts...WHAT but i needed to do that spell or we were going to die! i was locked up in my room because 'i' made dudley go looney. i suddenly heard the key turning but it was the dursleys because they werent here...i grabbed my wand a stood up quickly. who could it be? the door opened and i saw moody and a bunch of others "I can’t believe these Muggles…" the girl said "tonks. for gods sake" moody said. so that was tonks im guessing. "professor moody what are you doing?" i asked "resucing you of course" moody said. we walked outside and they gave me a broom "but where are we going the letter said ive been expelled" i said  "well you havent..not yet" moody said. "dedalus you take point" moody said to dedalus. "but the letter" i said "dumboldores persauded the minstry to suspend you expelsion pending a formal hearing." snakebolt said "a hearing?" i asked "dont worry we'll explain everything at head quarters" tonks said "not here nythadora" moody said "dont call me nythadora" tonks said angryily an her hair turning red... kinda reminds me of kat..except when kat gets angry she starts flaming up.. "stay in formation everyone, dont break ranks if one of us is killed" moody said. killed!?? we flew over london and landed in front of a load of flats. moody tapped his walking stick and another load of flats appered "comon in you go son" moody said opening the door. i walked in slowly after everyone. i saw out of the creak of the door sirius "voldermort is growing stronger we have to act now!" he said then looked at me "harry!" mrs weasley said standing in front of me and closing the door. "mrs weasley" i said as she hugged me "how are you? bit peaky? well dinner will be ready soon." she said. "but i-" i started "uh-uh no time to explain. straight up stairs first door on your left" she said pushing me up the steps. i was walking when i saw a doby looking creature packing  some things. "….the scum in her house….What would you say to old Kreacher….oh, the shame…Kreacher is here…" it said...ok then..i just walked back up the stairs...i opened a door slowly and got attacked by hermonie. "harry! are you alright, we heard them talking about the dementor attack! you must tell us everything!" she said quickly. "let the man breathe hermonie" ron said chuckling "and the hearing! they cant just expell you like that" hermonie said "theres a lot of that going around at the moment...wheres kat?" i asked looking around. "i think their goning to get her" ron said. i nodded "what is this place?" i asked "this is headquarter of the order of the pheonix dumboldore formed it back when they deafeated voldermort first." hermonie explained. "so you couldnt of mentioned that in the letter?.. ive gone all summer without a scrap of news" i said angrily. "we wanted to write..honestly we did... but we werent aloud to" ron explained "dumboldore told us not to tell you anything...you or kat." hermonie said. " dumboldore said that? but im the one who saw voldermort return..why would he want to keep me in the dark...i could help...kat could definately help. "hi harry thought we heard you delcant tone" fred said popping in. "dont bottle it up though mate. belt it out" gorge said. "anyway if your all through shouting you wanna hear something iteresting?" fred said. we were listening in on the conversation they were having "hes not james sirius!" we heard mrs weasley say. "hes not your son" sirius shot back "hes as good as. who else has he got" mrs weasly asked. "hes got me" sirius said "speaking of family...we have to talk about kat" remus said. suddenly hermonies cat started playing with the ear! just when it was getting interesting! "no crookshanks!" hermonie wisper shouted. "hermonie...i hate your cat." ron said. "the meetings over! you can come down now" mrs weasly shouted. then she shouted at fred and gorge for popping. "are you hungry harry?" mrs weasley asked me and walked in "are you sure your alright harry? you gave us quite a turn.." remus said. "harry potter.." i heard sirius say. remus moved and then i saw sirius. "sirius" i breathed. i ran and gave him a hug. we all sat down and dinner was put in front of us. hermonie and ron looked ant me and i nodded "sooo wheres kat?" i asked. looking at the adults. they all looked down at the floor. i was now getting very worried and i could tell the others were too. "well" i said quickly. worriedness covering my face "we're trying to find her" molly said. someone burst throw the door "did you find her?!" sirius said getting up "shes on the run from death eaters, aunt sarahs safe in our secret hide out no one but valentins can enter...kat left to go on the run half way through to throw the death eaters of her mum" the girl said quickly. she looked a bit like kat actually..she must be alana "are you alana?" hermonie asked. alana nodded her head and smiled just like kats! "im her cousin and we need to find her...before i 'dissapered' i but a tracker on kat so i knew she was safe..but it got smashed." alana explained. "but with this we should see whats happening." alana said opening up a computer "what is that?" ron asked "no time to explain...come on kat...where are you" she said pressing find. a video popped up of kat running from five death eaters. tshe was using speed to escape them. they where turning to dust and following her. she stopped and turned around. she put out her hand and three of them vanished. "where is she?" sirius asked "i think shes in galvston park?" hermonie answered. "no..i think peters" alana said closing in on her. i took a sharp breathe as on of them took her to the floor. "voldermort want to see you" he wispered in her ear grabbing her hands the other one laughed "too bad i dont want to see him" she said blowing them away. ron chuckled and so did fred and gorge. she keept running until she got to a hil "ah fudge" she said looking down. there was an evil laugh behind her. she quickly turned around. "you have no where to run sweetheart" one of them laughed. she closed her eyes and when she opened them they were white! "wow!" hermonie said "thats the sighn of the alemialia! the godess of magic!" hermonie exclaimed. kat thrust out her hand. the death eaters started screaming in pain and blue magic started flowing out of them. when it stopped they looked at her "what have you done!" one shouted "maybe now you'll stop picking on muggles" she said her eyes turning to there natural colour. "what did you do?" one asked in horror. "you are now muggles....have fun" she said jumping off the cliff. the video went dark "what happened!" i asked turning to alana. "i know what she did! she used to do it when we were kids. she flashes herself somewhere but makes people thinks shes dead" alana explained getting up "ill be back" alana said flashing out. i was just sitting there open eyed "im sure shes fine...yer this is kat...shes fine" hermonie said pacing around "yer..this is kat.." i said reassuring myself. "yer i mean....shes defiyed death like 8 times" ron said to himself "shes fine..fine." ginny said figeting. suddenly alana flashed back with kat!
