If life has that scenario in a musical where they play happy music and everyone's smiling and dancing, it happened to me when Soonyoung and I started this whole "relationship" thing. 

I wake up in the morning, a bright smile plastered on my face. The sun is shining on my face. I hear the birds sing. And to my side, he pulled me out of bed and we waltz all the way to school.

Obviously, that wouldn't happen in real life. But life did bring something  pretty good anyway.

"Hey, rise and shine!" Someone's cheery voice said while they opened the curtains. The scorching sun hit my face. I covered myself under the blanket. "Come on now. It's a brand new day!"

They pulled off my blankets. I groaned, not wanting to get up. "Hey." Someone pulled my arms and  kissed my lips. I'm awake now. They let go of my arms and I fell back on my bed.

I covered my mouth and looked at the person who woke me up fully. "Why did you do that?", I said.

He smiled. "You won't wake up unless I do it. So I did."

I looked at the door. It was open. "What if mom saw us? What are we gonna do?"

"Don't be paranoid. Mom and dad left the house already. Now, get up or I'll kiss you again."

I glared at him. "You're taking advantage of me here." 

He smirked. "Can't help it if you're not my sister anymore." I couldn't look at him properly 'cause he looked so different when he smirked. My heart suddenly beats faster.

He walked me all the way to my classroom when we got to school. I waved my hand as saying bye to him. He held up his hand and squeezed mine before going. "Bye.", he said before leaving. Good thing, nothing seemed to be weird to anyone around us. 

I sat in my seat and was welcomed by Seung-ah. "You seem happy today.", she said.

"Me? I'm always happy.", I replied. She glared at me.

"You seem too happy. It's weird. Did something happen?", she asked, one eyebrow raised.

I know me and Soonyoung agreed to keep it a secret, but she's most likely to know about it anyway. "I'll tell you later. Class is about to start."

"Eh, but--" Just in time, the teacher came.

"So, tell me.", she said. We were in the restroom. I made sure no one was inside the cubicles before locking the door. 

"Soonyoung and I--" I got cut off right away.

"Eeeeek!", she squealed. "No way! Oh my god, I knew this will happen!"

"I'm not even done with what I'm saying."

"Oh, you don't have to. I'm so happy for you!" She hugged me tight.

"Um, okay."

"So, how did it happen?"

"Actually, I kinda forced him into it. But he seems okay with it."

"Pfft. Of course, he is. Soonyoung-oppa obviously liked you, you know. I just didn't want to tell you back then."

"What? You knew? Am I that dense?"

"No. I'm just really good at seeing things."

"But, isn't it weird? Siblings in a relationship?"

"I told you before, haven't I? You're not blood-related. But..." She hesitated before continuing. "It will take a long time for everyone to accept it once it's out."

I sighed. "That's what I'm afraid of. What if people find out?"

"You just gotta make sure that nobody else does."

Make sure nobody does... I'm back into my space out mode because of Seung-ah's words. I stayed at the hangout place, my place of comfort. I lied down on the couch and decided to sleep instead. 

The sound of the door opening was heard. I sat up and smiled at the person who entered. "Oh, you're here.", he said.

I nodded. "I felt like skipping classes."

"Same. Scoot a little, would ya?" I moved a bit for him to sit down. After getting comfy, he took took the chance to put his head on my lap. "Ah~ Now, I can sleep."

"Yah, I'm sleepy, too." I pouted. He chuckled and reached for my nose to pinch it. 

"Sorry, I thought of needing a human pillow first." He adjusted himself and breathed out. "You're so comfy."

We stayed like that for a while. Only the sound of the electric fan was heard. I was playing with his fluffy hair while he was in the process of sleeping. I didn't want to disturb him but, "Soonyoung?"

"Hm?"

"What if people do find out about us?"

He didn't answer first but then he let out a sigh. "Well, if that happens, whatever then."

"I'm serious about this. Do we... stop?"

"Miyoung-ah." He pulled down my face to kiss my lips. "When that happens, I'll do whatever to protect you.

I promise."
