Venice's POV
So, where do I begin? I guess the time that baby Veemy was born, I guess?
Well I won't get on the date since it is sooo clichè. Of course, baby Veemy was born in the underworld, my father is Hades. . . I guess you didn't know this. But I don't know why some call him the Grim Reaper. I am also a demigod like Denise, except I'm greek.
My mother was. . . I didn't really got the chance to meet my mother. . . Dad said that she died because of some way that I forgot. . . Well, let's keep going now, no need to cry. My brothers always stayed away from me since they were always in their room.
As I grew up, I mostly played in the underworld, I didn't get to play at the overworld until I was five years old. . . Yes, for all I was the last one for them to meet. When I came up to the overworld, many children feared me, so they bullied me for being the child of Hades. . . Yet, I just kept my head up and smiled even though I get hurt at what they say. Even though my father the ruler of this kingdom. . . He is still feared. You can ask, Venice, why isn't your brothers protecting you?
Well, as I said, they always stayed in the underworld.
One day, I met them. . . Denise, Shiray, Faye, Loraine, Isabelle, Elcia, Ethan, Collin, Andrew, and Axel. . . They changed my life. . . They defended me from those children who bullied me, let's say that they were the ones who made me like this.
We also met other people. . . But they just are. . . Nevermind that. . .
From once being feared, to being just like them. . . They actually started liking me. Though, let me tell you this. . . Veronica once captured us. They tortured us for days. . . That's what made Elcia a sadist. She finally got mad and went. . . Wrong, she wasn't herself. Before she didn't even like blood nor screams. We saw it all. . . The time that she tortured them, laughing while blood spilled everywhere. Though, she said that they deserve it since they tortured us.
She killed everyone. . . Laughter and screaming was the only thing heard from that time, Faye and Shiray was scarred from what Elcia did. Though they don't really bring that up now.
Our parents found us at a small village, blood stained. Everyone stared at us, some looking scared. . . Some angry.
Things happened from there on. . . Collin dying, Elcia leaving. . . Many things. Only me, Denise, Faye, Shiray, and Loraine played. The boys were mostly in their houses. Isabelle went with her twin brother to their castle and didn't come out for sometime.
The times were rough, though Veronica didn't really bother us much. They didn't show up anymore. When I went home, my foster mother, Persephone always welcomed me with flowers. She isn't really mad at me since she is like my mother. Demeter was me grandmother, though she always complained and is always talking about agriculture, which was not my thing.
I mostly spend my time watching the stars. I shadow travel to the overworld during night and do it alone. Sometimes with them.
To be honest, losing even just two friends. . . It's really boring. . . Scratch that, lonely when they're away. I know that Collin is still alive, his body is just in a state of. . . A coma, was it? Yeah, but I usually talk to him about the things that recently happened when he has time. But, I told him about the thingy when you can borrow a body of a loved one.
I guess he entered Ethan's dream and picked him. I also just saw Megumi there, standing. . . As if she misses her family, though, I didn't see her parents. I onced asked her and she said that they passed away. She has also formed the contract with Elcia. I'm very confused of what happened to their parents' soul. Every soul goes to the underworld. They get judged wether they go to the Fields of Punishment or Fields of Asphodel or Elysium.
(Correct me if I am wrong.)
Either rebirth too. I was asking dad but he just kept changing the subject or just simply ignoring it. As if he doesn't want me to know about them. Finally I just gave up. When I was fourteen, I went to the school of Mohica, the private school. I mostly got bullied there, no one to watch my back. But I did something that terrified them. . . I killed a. . . Student. They feared me and started avoiding from then on. Soon after, I started skipping classes, as if my teachers care.
They're all the same. Cowardly scums. I wish that they would just disappear. . . But the uderworld has many residents, I don't want to give father a headache.
Times were rough as always, but when I got to Roozvelt, it changed. I was treated more. . . Normally, as if I were a precious gem. I really like it, Lady Emily and Elder Rhea are good people. Not to mention Sir. Phillip, he always finds his way around.
I meet new friends, these scars and bruises. . . They finally get to disappear. I'm sorry mom, dad, grandma, I'll visit you soon!
