This is my first fanfiction with a video game character! I noticed the lack of fanfictions with the older fire emblem games (sacred stones, the blazing blade, the binding blade, shadow dragon, etc.) so I wanted to make one using the first fire emblem I played and with my mans Ephraim from fire emblem the Sacred stones who also appears in Awakening as a DLC and in Hereos as a spawnable unit whom I still don't have. [UPDATE as of 12/21/18: I have all 4 Ephraims: Choose you Legends, Christmas, Legendary, and regular Ephraim!]
This book will partially follow the story from the game Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones. Also, (y/n) stands for your name. Anyway with out further ado enjoy the prologue of The Sacred Hearts!

"Please don't leave me, Ephraim!"
"I apologize (y/n), I must go..."
"Let me accompany you then!"
"You mustn't (y/n), you can barely hold your own if you were to get in a duel. Plus, as a noble of Renais, it's not fitting for you to go."
"But you're a noble too, you're the prince soon to be crowned king of Renais, and I can fight too just—"
"Enough! You speak rubbish (y/n), you know I don't pick fights I can't win."
The prince of Renais and his men road off into the night, unknowing of the tragedy that would soon befall his homeland.

I hope you liked the prologue! Also, be sure to read my other books if you're a fan of Kuroko no basket and/or Nanbaka! I am the author of Area 51 (Jyugo x reader), Arrested (Aomine x reader), Kuroko no short stories, Star Crossed (Akashi x reader), and the sequel to Star Crossed called Vengeance and Lust (Akashi x reader)!
