POV Bo.

My body tenses with anticipation as the door creaked open. Aya held her hands over Alana's eyes as she clumsily led her into the room. My shoulders visibly slumped a smile pulling at my lips. An overwhelming warmth filled my chest. I almost forgot just how much I love her. It didn't help as she giggled stumbling slightly a wide smile on her face. If I died right here right now I would die one fucking happy man.

"Aya? What's are you doing?" I was suddenly brought back to reality the weight of the situation settling on my shoulder.

"Ready?" Aya said softly looking up at me her hands still cupped over Alana's eyes. My breath hitched as I took a deep breath. Sighing quietly I nod my head yes. She gave me a reassuring smile before taking her hands away from Alana's face. Alana's eyes found me slowly traveling up my torso. She was confused for a moment before her eyes met mine. Her smile fell as her eyes widened with realization.

"No!" Was all she said before quickly turning around. My mouth opened words caught in my throats as I tried desperately to think of something anything to say that will stop her from leaving me again.

"Please." I finally chocked out mentally slapping myself noticing how desperate I sound. But it worked. She quickly stopped and after a long pause that made my anxiety spike she turned around slowly but turned non the less. I couldn't fight the smile that pulled at my lips. When her eyes softened and she bit her lip holding back a smile I had to shove my hands in my pockets to keep from pulling her into my arms. Aya looked between the two of us assessing the situation. I've noticed she's pretty good at that. Reading the room understanding people before they even say anything. I bet she's a really good judge of character. Which makes me feel better seeing as she's 'accepted' me.

"I'm going to take care of the customers." She said to the both of us before turning to me. "Take as much time as you need." Her smiled turned into a hard glare before continuing. "But don't forget what I said." She growled punching her fist into her palm which emanated a dense thud. I cringed slightly at the sound remembering the talk she gave me earlier. The only other time I'd ever been threatened so intensely by anyone before was by her when Alana and I first started dating. I wonder if it's just a best friend thing or a her thing. She walked out of the break room leaving Alana and I alone. I noticed her shiver rubbing her palms over her bare arms in an attempt to warm up. It is pretty cold in here. I unzipped my jacket shrugging it off of my shoulders.

"Here." I said holding it out to her. What am I doing? She won't take it I was a complete dick when we were together. I'm surprised she's still here. Happy but surprised. She gave me an apprehensive look shifting her weight from leg to leg nervously.

"I really shouldn't." I could help but laugh at how obviously she wanted me to insist.

"It's fine here." I smiled stepping toward her throwing the jacket over her shoulders. She rolled her eyes slipping her arms into the sleeves. I took a step back and watched as she raised her arms looking skeptically at the fabric draped over her body. I laughed at how the sleeves hung past her hands and the hem came down to her mid thigh. Wow... it's times like this that really remind me I'm a giant.

"So..." she trailed off twisting from side to side anxiously. I blinked shaking my head only now realizing I was starring at her. Oh yeah I guess I should explain myself. Well here goes nothing.
