Elijah walks into the compound and looks around. "Niklaus!" He yells as he checks his phone. "Alexis? Niklaus?!"

"You shout loud enough to wake the dead." Klaus appears on the second floor, rolling his eyes.

"Can't pick up your phone?" A feminine voice sounds as blonde walks into the compound. "Your sister is missing," Lexi states, pulling her messy hair out from under her jacket.

"Well, she's not exactly missing," Another voice says. Aurora walks up to Klaus in only a long shirt. Both Elijah and Lexi glare at the redhead. "And, as long as everyone behaves themselves, you can trust me to tell you where she is." Klaus offers a small smile, only for both his siblings to ignore him. Aurora's voice drops to a deathly tone. "Hello, Elijah. Lexi."

"Give me my sister," Lexi demands.

"Or perhaps I could pay a little visit to your brother, Tristan." Elijah threatens.

"Elijah, please." Klaus sighs. "Aurora and I have come to an agreement."

"Yes, Nik and I find that now both of your vile acts of compulsion have been revealed, there's really no reason why we can't pick up where we left off a thousand years ago," Aurora tells them.

"And disregard the past millennium as 'a break?'" Lexi scoffs. "No. This isn't bloody Friends."

"Or maybe, you'd rather be back with that werewolf in the other building." Aurora sighs teasingly. Her voice gets smaller as she feigns innocence. "Don't worry. I distracted Nik so he wouldn't hear you fraternizing with a wolf."

Lexi licks her lips and turns to Elijah. "I am going to kill her," she breathes, fully willing to follow through on her threat.

"Go on, love. I need to have a word with my brother," Klaus whispers into Aurora's ear. She willingly leaves, smirking at Lexi's fury. The trio of siblings moves to the upstairs bar where Lexi already has a drink in her hand within seconds.

"Am I to assume you've gone completely mad?" Elijah exclaims once Lexi's burning sage takes effect. Lexi hands both her brothers a drink before refilling her own.

"You see madness, I see method." Klaus counters.

"And that method would be what, Nik?" Lexi scoffs. "Fornicate with the she-devil who took Rebekah?"

"To be clear, the Strix took our sister. Aurora simply hijacked her." Lexi rolls her eyes in response, taking another sip of alcohol. "I will get Rebekah back. Trust me. Keeping Aurora close garners the goodwill we need."

"Well, that is bold indeed," Lexi says sarcastically. "A daring, if lecherous, plan."

"Will you employ the same tactic when it comes time to retrieve the medallion from Lucien and Tristan?" Elijah asks.

"They're not really my type," Klaus responds with a smirk.

"You sure? Stefan seemed to be your type." Lexi laughs to herself at her comeback.

"I have a feeling they would like it more if you tried to sleep with them, Lexi. Oh wait, you've already fornicated with one of them." He teases.

"Shut up." Lexi spits, downing the alcohol in her glass. "And I'm with Derek, remember?"

"Oh yes, I can hear you two at night." Klaus rolls his eyes. "How can I forget when all I hear you saying is his name and—"

"I would gladly sleep with Aurora for you, but it seems she'd rather have you," Lexi retorts, her cheeks flushed.

"Enough!" Elijah stops them, seeing Lexi getting increasingly angry and embarrassed. "There must be another way."

"Aurora will always protect Tristan." Lexi reminds them. "Given that he and Lucien are somehow aligned, the three of them together have a distinct advantage."

"Unless we break that advantage," Elijah mutters, looking up from his glass.

"Now there's a strategy I wholeheartedly endorse!" Klaus states. "What do you have in mind?"

"It's Thanksgiving." Elijah shrugs. "Let's invite them for a friendly meal, systematically turn them against one another, and then devastate their pitiful alliance." The boys raise their glasses and smirk. "I can feel the holiday spirit already!"

"But it's Thanksgiving." Lexi whines. "I don't want to spend the holiday with Tristan."

"Think of it as being with family instead," Klaus says.

"I don't think Derek will like this very much." She mutters as she puts down her glass and walks out of the room.

"I don't care!" Klaus calls after her with a smirk. "Let the holidays begin!"

Lexi groans as she curls up in bed. Derek walks out of the bathroom, rolling his eyes at his girlfriend's distress. "Don't make me get up. I don't want to." Lexi rolls onto her back, her arm shielding her eyes from any light.

"Your brothers will kill me if I don't make you go to this hoax they have planned." Derek reminds her, lying down next to her.

She instantly curls into him, her eyes staying closed. "But I want to stay here, with you and not anyone else."

"I should hope so," Derek replies.

"You didn't let me finish," Lexi complains. "I was going to say just us with no clothes, but you obviously don't care about what I want. All you care about is not being killed by my overly protective brothers— Ah!" Lexi lets out a short shout as Derek pulls her on top of him. His lips slam against hers as she moans into his mouth. "See?" she whispers, pulling back only slightly. "Thanksgiving is for sex with the one you love most."

"Shut up and kiss me." He growls, reattaching his lips. Lexi giggles and lets him flip her over. He towers over her as he pulls his shirt over his head. Lexi's hands trail down his torso and before they can get further, a knock sounds. The couple freezes, knowing that if it is a Mikaelson, they are most likely screwed.

Lexi jumps up with wide eyes and motions for Derek to put on a shirt as she puts something over her bra. She rushes to the door and looks through the peephole. She furrows her eyebrows in confusion at the thumb pressed against the glass. She tentatively opens the door before it is forcefully pushed open by a familiar girl.

"Happy Thanksgiving!" Cora yells, attacking Lexi in a hug.

"Cora? Oh my— what are you doing here?" Lexi pulls back, looking Cora over.

"Not happy to see me?" Cora teases, dropping a suitcase on the floor before walking in. Lexi closes the door and follows, still stunned at the appearance. "Nice place. By the way, where's—" She stops herself as Derek rushes out of the bedroom, still buttoning his shirt. He stops dead in his tracks as Cora smirks. "You thought I was Klaus or Elijah, didn't you?"

"Cora! Hey!" Derek says rather loudly.

"And I totally interrupted you two having sex, didn't I?" Cora feigns pity. "Sorry, not sorry." She falls onto the couch as Lexi reaches Derek, both staring at Cora. "So, what are we doing for Thanksgiving?"

"Uh..." Lexi looks up at Derek before going back to Cora. She sighs, settling on the couch's arm. "We have a lot to catch up on."

CORA! I love how different she is now! Like, Cora had very little character (IN MY OPINION) in 3A, but I like her with her memories of Lexi. I have a lot planned with my baby Cora!! Hope you enjoyed!
