I woke up in my own bed. Panting, I couldn't catch my breathe. Everything hurt, and when I say everything I mean I would rather be dead then have this much pain.

"How did I get here?" I asked out loud. I slowly got up hissing in pain the entire time. I slowly wobbled to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror, I had dark bruises on my neck. I hated Dillon but I to give it to him, he had a strong grip.

I looked at my leg, I had stitches along my leg. I had a few more stitches on my arm. I walked back to my room this time with a purpose. I quickly changed into a black turtle neck, it covered the damage well enough. I pulled on ripped jeans, and combat boots. I slowly made my way down stairs, pain shooting up my leg every step.

There were many voices down stairs.

"Mom? Dad?" I said as I looked into the living room. There was police, class mates, and Luke.

"Luke!" Before anyone could move Luke was hugging me. I held him tight, this had to be haven. How did I get into a heaven?

"Where were you? I saw you jump from the car! You know how scarred I'v been? You have been missing for 3 days! No one called asking for ransom, I thought you were dead!" He pulled me into another quick hug, witch made my neck ache.

"What?" Luke asked worried. So many people were talking, shouting, at me. I felt sick. All what I did was rub my bruised neck.

"Can I just have some food and water?" I asked. I was surprised how quite my voice was. So small and fragile like I would fall apart if anyone got to close. I felt fragile like I might spontaneity turn to ash.

"Of coarse, yeah." My parents ran to the kitchen. I was being guided to the couch. I felt claustrophobic with everyone of around me.

"Who took you?" A police officer asks. Should I lie? I mean family is complicated. I didn't know what I was going to say when my mouth opened.

"I don't know." The words were dry. I'm not sure how I was able to lie so smoothly but I did.

"Can you give us any information?" I nodded my head.

"He wanted something. Some piece of jewelry he thought I had? He beat me up tell I was knocked out. Then I woke up here." Police were writing down my statement. I still did not know where the lie came from.

I made this whole story about what happened. All of it was a lie, I'm not even sure why I lied. But I did, and people won't stop hovering over me. I hated the attention, I had it for all the wrong reasons.

Sorry for the short chapter, just wanted to get it out. Ideas? I could use some.
