Hermione and Tom laid their backs on the soft white snow that covers the grounds of Hogwarts. It was gently snowing but they weren't bothered by the cold. It was a simple warming charm.

Hermione tried to ignore Harry as he continued to avoid them.

"What would you do after we graduate?" Hermione asked suddenly.

"Honestly? I want to be a professor here at Hogwarts. How about you?" Tom is honest about everything he is telling Hermione.

"I want to work in the ministry." She answered. "Maybe be an Auror or in the Magical Law Enforcement. But I would definitely work in the ministry."

"Why would you want to work there?" Tom asked curiously.

"I want to make a difference."

"What kind of different?"

"For example, Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare, you know freeing the house-elves, and also about Half-breeds rights, and definitely about Werewolf rights." She said. "Because honestly, it's not their fault that they were bitten or that they were born as half-breeds. And the house-elves are nice, they deserve more." She explained.

Tom couldn't help but grin. She was too adorable.

"What do you think?" she asked.

"Well, I really think it's amazing. You should be minister for magic." Hermione smiled at him then he felt something in his stomach.

"Do you really think that I will learn? That I will understand?" he asked.

"Yes, Tom. I know you will." She smiled encouragingly. "How hard is it to learn that love is powerful?"

"Again with the love thing." He answered.

Hermione chuckled. "The love thing is what will make you understand, Tom."

"That love thing that I'm feeling right now." He muttered.

"What was that?" she asked. She heard him mutter but she didn't understand.

"Nothing." He said.

"Okay." She just answered.

Hermione started to hum a song she heard. Tom recognized it and started to sing.

"Let me brew amortentia,
For I feel love in you,"

"Wait! You know that sone?" Hermione asked, surprised.

"Yes." He answered, embarrassed.

"Please, sing it!" she begged. "For me."

"Fine." He heaved a heavy sigh, then,

"Let me brew amortentia,
For I feel love in you,
And let me love you,
For my heart is with you.

Your crazy hair,
Your shining eyes,
Oh that cute smile
Smile on your lips." He sang. Then Hermione joined her.

"I will bow down to you,
Like hippogriff,
I sing to you,
Like a phoenix,

I will give you jewels,
Like a nifler,
I will do everything you say,
'Cause I'm your house-elf, every day." Tom stopped singing to let Hermione sing that part.

"Let me brew amortentia,
For I feel love in you,
And let me love you,
For my heart is with you.

Your crazy hair,
Your shining eyes,
Oh that cute smile
Smile on your lips." She sang, and Tom joined her.

"I will bow down to you,
Like hippogriff,
I sing to you,
Like a phoenix,

I will give you jewels,
Like a nifler,
I will do everything you say,
'Cause I'm your house-elf, every day." Tom stopped again. Hermione sang the last part.

"I will stare in your eyes,
And I know I won't die,
You're not a basilisk," then, they sang the last part,

"You're the love of my life." Then they just laughed.

"Oh no! We're late for potions class!" Hermione stood up hurriedly.
