We talk for a bit and my dad comes back.
"What took so long" I asked
"Well it was a two hour drive there three hour meeting and two hour drive back." He says
"Oh you must be tired"
"Yeah but we have to go to the next venue"
"I would say I would drive but I don't know
How to"
"I'll drive" Daniel says
"Are you sure"
"Yeah definitely" he says
"Well um I'm going to go see the other boys now. Have fun" he says awkwardly looking at how close we were sitting together
He leaves the room and Daniel looks over to me.
"Does he hate me" he asks
"No why would he hate you"
"He didn't seem confident about me driving"
"No I don't think he hates you"
"He probably doesn't hate me he hates me and you together"
"But he doesn't know what's happened today."
"He clearly knows something"
"Well yeah you see to people sitting together. Mind you it's a boy and girl. Don't worry he doesn't hate you or you and me he just doesn't know" I say trying to make him feel better
"Are you sure"
"Yes"
no of course I'm not sure
"Well I guess I should go" he says
"I guess"
He leaves the room and I plop (like I'm sitting on my bed and I lay down) down on my bed
"Wow this has been a long day" I say closing my eyes
