I tell him about Mark and what he said and how everyone thinks he likes me. He tells me he agrees
"Well what do I do"
"There's Nothing you can do he likes you" he says
"Well you don't know that for sure"
"Really cause I'm his friend so"

"I'm afraid so"
"Oh no... wait are you the other friend"
"What other friend" he asks
"He said that another one of his friends likes me and that's how he found out" I say
"Oh no that's not me that wasn't true"
"How do you know"
"Well the day you were supposed to 'study' but he canceled and you weren't feeling well he came to my house. And when he came to my house he started talking about how nervous he was and how much he likes you that he had to have time to be prepared to go. So then I told him to tell you that he likes another girl and all this stuff to make it look like it wasn't you. But in reality it was." He says
"Wow that's smart but why didn't you just tell me he likes me before I went through this" I ask
"Well see I did tell you and you didn't listen. You said that's not true and stuff like that. So next time maybe you should listen to me"
"Maybe next time but now I have to get out of it for today."
"Why you're getting so much out of this"
"And what would I be getting out of this" I say
"Well you get to mess with a boy plus you get studying out of it"
"But I don't want to mess with a boy I don't want him to think I like him when I really don't"
"Still"
"Still what. Anyways as long as I'm getting help and getting a good grade I'm fine"
"Well true"
