Hours had passed and I'm still here staring at the sun that is already going back to its sleep.

Because of you, Kylle died.

I felt a presence near me and I faced the man staring at me from my back.

"Why did you have to hide me?"I asked.

"Because... I don't know what my father is planning to do."He said.

"That's it? You just don't know what he plans and you're just going to hide me hear??" I said with high toned voice.

"Look, I'm trying to save you."He tried to explain.

"Why? Why do you even care??" I shouted. I can feel my fangs getting longer than usual and my eyes change color.

"I don't know, I just woke caring for you, okay? I just want to save you from all the danger." He said with a tired voice and silence entered us. A moment later I felt calmed and relax.

I returned in my human form and I can see how he stares at me as if fascinated on what he is looking at.

"Why do I felt confused everytime you're around me? What have you done to me, Rain?" He said while he has this foreign expression that is visible in his eyes.

" I even promised myself that I will be with my mate no matter what and will fight to be with her, but when I see you around. I am doubting all of my plans and decisions and I wanted to go break them all. I'm confused and I don't know what to do anymore." He said and faced the balcony.

"Why are you even telling me those things?" I said, is it the connection again?

"Because I think I like you, Rain. And I have this urge to break all the rules for you."He said as pain spreads to his eyes, why are we even destined to be in this such situation, Arrow?

"Arrow..."I whispered and he just stared into my eyes.

"Don't think that I'm doing this for a hidden agenda, I just wish you're my mate." I am your mate. But things are too complicated, things needed to be hidden first.

"I... I don't know what to say, I've been with you for just weeks and you're telling me that, you like me?" I said with a doubtful voice, I don't really wanna see him in pain, I just...

I think it is better to let him love me because he loves me and not just because of our connections as mates.

"Yes, love does not need to count the days and hours. It just need to be felt. Rain, will you fight with me?" he asked but I shook my head to say no.

"I cannot trust you, you've done nothing to save Kylle." I said and walked away from him.

"I'm sorry, I cannot disobey my father."He said, you always can't.

"I don't care. All I want is to just die."I said and he just looks at me with worry and is pleading.

"Don't, please. I will do everything to make you trust me."He said.

"Don't you feel thirsty?" He asked and I looked at him in the eyes.

"I am not a vampire. I am a human." I said and he looks at me and nods.

"I'll ask Ezra to bring some food and blood if you would change your mind."He said and walks away through the balcony.

"I want to bring you somewhere, meet me before midnight in the forest." he said and jump off the railings.

And where would he bring me?

Time flew fast and Ezra came in.
