The next few months were wonderful, as their new album, McCartney was released.

They got some flack from Paul's former bandmates, but they ignored them.

Concentrating on their little family, they seemingly shut everyone else out. Paul grew a beard, and the little ones got bigger.

They were now walking, as they held themselves up, by holding onto the furniture.

Ian was proving to be a very protective brother to his sister. He would often try to hold his sister up, with a hand on her back, that is, till he fell down himself, then she would try to help him.

It was a lovely sight to see, as both parents looked on with pride.

Paul bought a farm in Scotland, which is where they now spent most of their time, fixing it up, and making it their own.

It was not a working farm, as they were now vegetarians. Sarah learned new ways to cook, without the meat, and she and Paul noticed that they felt a lot healthier these days.

Below is Sarah's vegetarian spaghetti.....

2 zucchini
1 onion
1 cucumber
1 pd mushrooms
1 jar spaghetti sauce(no meat)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 container thin spaghetti noodles.

Dice up all, and put in pot, or sauce pan, with some oil, except mushrooms, add those when everything else is almost done. When done, drain, and set aside.
(Season veggies as you like)
Cook spaghetti noodles, drain and set aside.

Veggies go back in pot, along with can of diced tomatoes, and sauce. Cook on low till warmed through, then put spaghetti noodles back in, mix well. Serve.

This could feed an army, so you can freeze when you feel like you've been spaghettied out....

Sarah was in Heaven, as they got more and more animals.

They had a cat, a dog, two pigs, a goat, some chickens, and several ducks. Add to that a cow, and a horse, mix well, and you've got a lot of noise, and some interesting smells.

Sarah asked Paul about a small duck pond, and soon that was added.

The next thing Sarah wanted was flowers, and Paul let her have at it, and she did, and had the time of her life choosing and planting them

Sarah had a time convincing Abbey, her cat, that the flower garden was not a big litter box. In the end she gave up.

Her flowers......

Her flowers

Months passed, and Emma and Ian were now toddlers, and walking....

If they were into everything when they started crawling, they were definitely into everything now.

  "Oh Paulie...."
"Yes darling..."
"She's at it again...."

Paul looked behind him, giving his brain enough time to register what was going on......

"Emma! NoNo...we don't pull the cat's tail!"

Sarah laughed...
"Paul..."
"What?"
"There goes the other one!"
"Ian! Martha does not like it when you touch that!"
Paul looked over to Sarah...
"What?"
"Has he been seeing you to do that to me?"
"What? NO!! Certainly not! At least I hope not!"
"I hope not either, or we're going to have some very traumatized children!"

Despite that little issue, they were happy, and Paul could relax and just be himself, which was Sarah's husband, and Emma and Ian's father.

He now had another job, other than husband and father, and that was a farmer, and the animals didn't care if he was a Beatle. They just wanted to be fed.

Paul got up everyday, and tended to the animals, as Sarah took care of the little ones, as well as the house.

When it was warm, and not raining, Sarah would bring out a play pin to put Emma and Ian in, so she could help Paul.

Many times, as the kids looked on, Paul would catch her in comprising positions, and...... That's how he came up with the title to his next album......
                   Ram

"Paul! That's how they come up with that stuff they have been doing!" Sarah said. She meant business, so Paul stopped.

That didn't mean that he wouldn't try to reconstruct that move in the bedroom later, which he did..

They had indeed made for themselves a little paradise, and Paul was very happy to be just Paul, Emma and Ian's Daddy, and on occasion, Sarah's Daddy....
