Chapter 24 A Storm Brewing

(Annie's P. O. V)
I got down into my bed and once again Eren and Mikasa slept together which ment me and Armin had to sleep together. So he crawled onto the blankets and I was laying on the floor awake thinking about what just happen and what to do about it.

Annie? Armin whispered

I turn to face him. What? I asked

I'm sorry that if I made you upset because I was just worried for your safety. I want to help but if you think it's best for us to stay out then fine. But if you need help at all then just come to me and I'll try my best to help you out. Armin said

Thank you Armin for trying and I am sorry for yelling it's I will be sad if anything bad happens to you. I said

Armin then pulled me into a hug I just breathed in his sent and I fell asleep in his grasp. I had the same dream with little me and her words repeated in my head about something is coming.

(Time Skip Next Morning)

I woke up and it was 5 in the morning I looked at my phone and saw my work had called me. So I called back and my boss answer saying that I had to come into work today even though it was another snowday and I had to be there by 7. So I got ready and everyone was up by six when I came out in my uniform they looked at me weirdly.

Where are you going? Armin asked

I got work today. I say

What but it's a snowday? Eren said

Yes but I still got ti pay the bills for my family. I say

Well where do you work again? Mikasa asked

Well I'm off I'll see you guys when I get off of work then. I say I walked out the door and went to town and to the local dinner. I began my work and did everything it was around 1 in the afternoon when I saw some recognizable faces walk in. I smiled as I saw my whole group of friends walk in. Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Christa, Ymir, Jean, and Marco. I walked over and said Hi to them I got their drinks and let them look at the menu. When the door open I was the only waitress working. I saw it was Burtholt who had just walked into the dinner I could feel Armin, Eren, and Mikasa eye's looking.

Welcome what would you like to drink? I asked

I held my mouth from saying anything to get me fired because I need this job. I walked in the back and he drinks Pepsi but I gave him a diet Pepsi. I walked back and served it to him then walk away ti refill Armin's coffee. When I got back I got his coffee and filled it and gave him some more creamers.

Sshh. I got out a paper and wrote down the words. He can hear you. Then gave it to Armin and he now realized what I was trying to stop him from asking. So he wrote on the paper before giving it back to me.

I wrote back. I don't know but it's nothing good I'll tell you later when I am done serving him. Then gave it back and walked away and back to the giant.
