(Leia's Point of View)
We arrive in front of Crait almost as soon as we took off. Surprisingly still in one piece. Finn and Rose come racing to the cockpit together wondering what we do now. Not so sure myself I go to the force for answers. I feel Ben a lot stronger now, and Rey too. I can feel a strange pulse through the force though. It's almost as if I can see the danger they are in, right in front of me. But they aren't too afraid. They must be together. If they've found each other they're sure to be alright. They're the most powerful people with the force I know. I have no way of finding them but I'm sure they're close.
"I can feel them, but I can't find them." I tell everyone.
"I'll check my scanners for any lifeforms in the area." Poe replies, although I can tell he's already tried that.
Out of luck we sit and wait for an idea or the scanner to alert us.
"Oh my fathier." Finn says loudly and out of nowhere.
Rose smiles, I wonder why. But I'm even more curious as to what he's talk about but
Poe beats me to the question.
"What?!"
Finn points out of the cockpit window towards the planet. I push myself slowly out of my chair to approach the window as everyone else does so as well. When I get to it I look to the planet and sticking out behind it is the gray bow of a First Order Starfighter.
"What do we do now?!" Rose asks panicked.
I look to Poe because I don't have an answer. He doesn't seem to have one either.
"Arrrggghhh arrg aahhh aaoogg ggrrraarrhhh rrrraaahhhgg." Chewie says bluntly.
"What did he say?" Finn asks me.
"He said the millennium falcon no longer has a cloaking ability. Which means they're going to see us coming no matter what we do." I reply.
Rose runs out of the cockpit and Finn is right on her tail. I take a seat and look up to Chewie and Poe.
"If Rey already got Ben out, then we might have a chance."
"I'd say with two force users,"
"Arrrhhh arrg aahhh." Chewie chimes in.
Poe smiles, "The odds are in our favor."
A speck of hope was all I needed, what all of us needed.
Poe turns around in his chair.
"I'll shut the power off and we'll sit in orbit. The First Order will find us in no time. When they take us into their bay, we'll be ready for a fight. Chewbacca, see what weapons you can find and then..."
"Awwwgggg arrrrrooohhh." Chewie suggests.
"Ok, what is it?" Poe asks.
And Chewie explains his plan. As he does we shut the engine off in line with Poe's plan.
After he's done Poe smiles and says, "I like it."
I ask, "Why does this sound familiar?"
Chewie laughs and suggests Poe goes and tells Rose and Finn.
"Good idea, I'll be right back." He says as he gets out of his chair.
After he leaves Chewie says, "Rrrrrgggg aawwwhhh arrrgg aaarrrhhhh aaooohhh."
It makes me smile and think about those days. They weren't half bad. I miss Han.
