The Horse

One day later
Mary's point of view
"Francy wake up." I said "Mhm?" He asked "Were here my love." I smiled "Really?" He asked sitting up and looking out the window. "Yes, now come on." I smiled then pulled him out of bed. "Your all dirty from the lake water, I'm going to have to give you a bath." He smiled "Let's just go introduce ourselves." I smiled then he helped me out. "God it's cold here." He said "I know." I pulled my cloak further around myself. "Come here baby." He held me close which made both of us feel warmer. Then we walked over to the group of people with his arm around me. "Dauphin, Dauphine." He bowed "Please, Mary and Francis." Francis said "It's nice to meet you." I smiled "I assure you, Mary, the honor is all mine." He said "What's your name?" I smiled "Luc." He said "It's very nice to meet your luc." Francis smiled "This is Andre, she will be in charge of your stay here." He said "Nice to meet you Andre."  I said "It's nice to meet you too. Francis your room will be in the south wing and Mary yours will be in the north wing." She said "What makes you think we wouldn't want to sleep in the same room?" Francis asked "Um I'm sorry your grace, it's just most married couples don't want to be in the same room so we separate them as far as we can." She said "It's all right, what room would you prefer?" I asked "The north wing your grace, it as a beautiful view of the mountains." She said "Please have all our belongings brought there." I said "As you wish your grace." She bowed then walked away. "Come on, let's go for a ride." Francis said "Francy you were rude." I said "Well why should She, or anyone assume that I don't love  and adore you with every part of me." He said "Your to sweet to be mad at." I said "I try." He smiled "But seriously, I'm sorry. It was rude and I didn't mean to make you embarrassed." He said "You didn't embarrass me, but I think you scared that poor house keeper." I smiled "I'll apologize." He smiled "Good, now before we go on a ride I need to put my boots on." I said "Why?" He asked "Because I'm wearing heels." I said "I'll carry you." He picked me up. "Francis!" I giggled "Come on, I wanna take you somewhere." He said "Where?" I smiled "Were going to find my brother an elephant." He laughed, I giggled as we walked into the stables. "Get the white horse, it's so pretty." I said "The white horse in the snow." He laughed "Yes." I smiled then he set me down. He helped me on the horse so then got on behind me. "Where should we go?" He smiled "I don't know, I've never been here." I smiled "Um Well it's absolutely freezing and I was being stubborn so, let's go inside and have sex." He said "Well don't be to upfront." I giggled "Well like you said the other day, it's my job to warm you up." He smiled "I think I need a bath after being in a carriage these past couple days." I said "Oh come on." He smiled then got off the horse and threw me over his shoulder, I started giggling. "I think I'm crashing." He laughed as he purposely stumbled in the snow. "Francis Valois do not drop me!" I giggled, he set me down and threw a snowball at me, he missed. "Wow, your great at throwing." I laughed then hit him in face with snow. "Oh your gonna get it." He laughed then made a snowball. "You won't throw anything at me." I said "Do you wanna bet?" He laughed "You won't hurt me." I giggled, he threw it at my face. "Oh my god, Francis, ow!" I said "Oh my God I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!" He said, I giggled and smashed snow in his face. "Oh my God! You are such a tease!" He laughed "You can give me a bath now." I smiled "Oh you owe me." He laughed then held my hand and we walked inside. "Hi, can you show us to our rooms?." I asked "Yes your grace." The servant led us to our room. "Thank you." Francis said "It's beautiful." I closed the door. "Look, the bed has a beautiful view of the mountains." He said "I know, we will be able to see a beautiful view of the stars." I smiled "Well we have a tradition here." He smiled "And what's that?" I giggled. "We have to be naked while we look at the stars." He smiled holding both my hands. "You know I actually heard about that, but I'm going to get a pregnancy test first." I said "Well I would like to come." He said "You don't have to." I said "I want to, I want to be there when we find out we're pregnant." He said "Okay let's go." I smiled then we walked to the infirmary. "Hi, I would like to get a pregnancy test." I smiled "Your grace if you could please release your liquid into this and I will test it." She said holding me a bowl. "Okay." I went into the bathroom and peed into the bowl then went back outside. "It will just be a few minutes." She smiled and took the ball from me then I sat next to Francis. "If your not pregnant it's okay, we will keep trying." He said, I lightly smiled and laid my head on his shoulder and he held my hand. "I'm sorry your grace, your not with child." She said "Thank you." I said then walked out. "Mary's it okay." Francis chased after me. "Francy I just want to have a baby." I cried "I know sweetheart, I want to have a baby too but God will bless us with a baby when he feels it's right." He stroked my hair as I cried into his chest. "It's been a long couple days, let's get you in a warm bath then to bed." He said "I just want to go to sleep." I said "Okay, I can unpack your nightclothes." He said "Thank you." I wrapped my hands around his waist then we walked to our room. I got out of my clothes and put my night gown on then climbed into bed with bailey. He cuddled next to me then Francis got in bed next to me. "So you cuddle with the dog now not me?" He smiled. "Well to be fair bailey is cuter then you." I giggled "Bailey! Come here bud!" Francis smiled, bailey wagged his tail and went over to Francis. "How do you feel about that?" Francis laughed playing with him. "Bailey come to mommy." I smiled then bailey came over to me and laid down. "Bailey! Come here!" Francis said, Bailey got mad and went over to the couch. I started laughing. "Come here." Francis pulled me into him. "I love you." He said "I love you too." I said "I want you to know I never make love to you for the sole purpose of making an heir, I make love to you because I love you." He said, I kissed him. "Mary we don't have to, I know your upset." He said "I want to." I said "I want to too." He kissed me.
