Three months later
Francis's point of view
Mary and I were laying by the lake, my head was on her lap and she was stroking my cheek. She looks so beautiful in the sun light. She looks so beautiful always. "Hi." I smiled "Hello." She smiled "How are you doing?" I smiled "Well since we talked about a minute ago, I'm okay." She giggled and started played with my jacket strings. "Good to here." I smiled then leaned up to her. "One kiss for my baby." I smiled then kissed her. "And a kiss for my other baby." I smiled then kissed her stomach. "James has been telling me for months that I just need to push it out." She giggled "And also that he wants it to be a boy." She added "Well I will be just has happy with either." I smiled "I know you will, I will too." She smiled then kissed my forehead. "Well only a couple more weeks and we will have a brand new baby." I smiled "Yes we will." She smiled "So your uncle still wants to be there during the birth?" I asked "Yes, I mean the only men that are supposed to be in there are priests, I don't want any men in there other than you." She said "It's okay, he probably just wants to make sure his niece is okay." I said "Francis would you want to go watch little Mary give birth?" She laughed "No, the only way I would go any where near all that blood and gross stuff is to comfort my wife." I smiled, she smiled then kissed me. "James sweetheart come here please." She smiled, he was playing with bailey. "Bailey come on." He giggled, bailey licked his face which made him giggled more and they came over to us. "Do you want to feel the baby kick again?" She smiled "Yes mommy." He smiled, she gently took his hand and placed it on her stomach. "Will I have a baby one day?" He asked "No James, only girls can have babies." I smiled "Well how do they have babies?" He asked "Um" I said "Well when god feels a very special girl is ready he puts a baby in their tummy." She smiled "Oh" He said, I moved my hands to Mary's stomach and the baby was still kicking. She smiled at me, the smile faded. "Oh my god, owwwww." She yelled holding her stomach. "Mary what's going on, are you okay?" I asked trying to help. "Ahhh, I'm having, owwww, contractions!" She said "Okay has your water broke?" I asked "Francis are your eyes not working?" She yelled through screams of pain, I looked down and her light blue dress and it's was soaked. "Clara please bring James up to his playroom." I yelled helping Mary up. "Daddy I want to go with mommy!" He said, he started crying. "James my love, I promise I will be back so soon but while I'm gone, Jesus Christ!" She screamed, she calmed herself down from her pain the continued. "I need you to draw me a very pretty picture for your new brother or sister, can you do that?" She smiled "Yes mommy I can." He smiled "Thank you James, make sure you use lots of colors." She smiled, she grabbed my wrist and squeezed it in pain. "I will Mommy, I'll use red and blue and purple." He smiled "That's so good James, mommy needs to go now but I will see you very soon." She smiled, Clara picked him up and they went into the castle. "Francis it's to early, I'm not due for three weeks!" She said "Well they baby wants to come out now." I smiled, guards and servants came over to us and helped her up to her birthing chamber. I lifted her onto the bed and put her hair up. "Do you want to change into a night gown?" I asked "Yes please." She said "Someone get one get a night gown for queen Mary." I said "Oh my god this baby is going to kill meeee." She screamed squeezing my hands.
Hours later
"One more push Mary, you got this." I said "Francis it's hurts so bad." She screamed "I know Mary, just breath, your so strong you can do this." I said "One more push Mary and they baby will be out." She said "Ahhhhhhhh." Mary screamed, she let go of my hand and laid back on the bed. I heard crying. I went over to the midwife. "It's a girl, a head full of brown curls and blue eyes." She smiled "Let me see her please." I smiled, she handed my daughter to me wrapped in a white blanket, she stopped crying once she was in my arms. "Hi." I smiled, by that time my tears were falling on my beautiful daughter. "Francy." Mary smiled "She's beautiful." I smiled "Let me see her." She smiled, I smiled then handed her our little girl. "Hi my love." She smiled stroking her little cheek. "She looks like a Madelyn." I smiled "Yes she does." She smiled "Go tell everyone the newest child to the Valois dynasty, Madelyn Stuart De Valois, has been born." I smiled, the servants scurried out of the room. "I'll go stay with James tonight." Greer smiled "Thank you Greer." I smiled "She's beautiful." Greer smiled "Thank you." Mary smiled, Greer along with everyone else walked out. "She's amazing." She smiled "Yes She is." I smiled "I think we should just hid her from everyone forever." She smiled "We could keep her in a tower like in the story's." I joked "Well we can't do that, we will build her own castle and she can live in that." She giggled "No boys are allowed in her castle." I smiled "I think we have a few years before we need to worry about that." She smiled, Madelyn yawned, Mary and I looked at each other and smiled. "She's so precious." She giggled then laid her head on my shoulder.
