I know this is sudden.
We finished talking about our plans for the future together just yesterday.
How you wanted to be a doctor and eventually run one of your dad's hospitals. So that you could provide for our children.
I wanted to become a journalist. So I could stay home with our kids.
And I still want all of it. I do. But I cannot have it anymore.
I'm not leaving because of you, so please don't ever blame yourself and feel as if it was something you did.
You couldn't do anything about it either way so there's no point in placing faults.
Just know I do love you. I deeply love you. Falling for you was so unexpected as I had spent a third of my life being annoyed by your presence and every stupid thing you did.
But I fell for you anyway.
I didn't fall for you because of. I fell for you in spite of.
And I don't regret it for once second.
I do regret not giving you a chance sooner. Maybe we would have had more time together.
But it is what it is. And you are and will always be one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
