It was about three weeks later, and I went out grocery shopping for Ryland. I decided to go to Wal-Mart and picked up things that I figured Shane, Ryland, Morgan and i needed.

Of course, Ryland gave me his card but I grabbed a few things for myself, and the animals.

I walked around the store and my phone buzzed, I saw that the asshole himself texted me.

My face went white and I debated calling Andrew, but I finished up my shopping and paid to come outside suspecting to see the car destroyed but nothing was wrong.

I loaded up the car fearing for my life, when my phone buzzed. And he texted me again.

Asshole

Lock the door.

My breath hitched and I locked the door, fearing for my life. Why would he tell me to lock the door, what the fuck.

I thought about leaving, and was getting ready to put the key in ignition. When suddenly, I heard movement from the backseat. I turned around slowly, to see Jack getting up from his hiding spot.

"Hello, Everliegh."

Fuck.
