Part Twenty-two (back to main's perspective)

The news had come as a huge shock to me. I did quickly realize the truth to it though. Still digging my head into Peter's chest, he cleared his throat as if he had more news. Only this time, when I looked at his facial expression, he seemed more cheery.

"I think we found a way to get you out of here. Just in case they ask anything, do not let them know. Only you, Sean, Jacob and I know about this. They will bring you in once a day but, they won't hurt you like the last couple of times. All we need to do now is wait." Peter said, keeping his voice low. I nodded in reply and gave a squeeze of thanks before pulling away from the hug.

It was now 9:30pm. Peter left about two hours ago with Sean and Jacob each coming in on their own time once in a while. I wanted to go to sleep but I didn't just in case someone else came in. Waiting for another little bit, Peter walked in. I was glad to see him finally come in. He walked over and sat against the wall beside the mattress as I peacefully drifted asleep.
