"I don't have much time to talk. I am very sorry for not being able to see you last night, but you will sadly soon know why. Don't worry about me, but later you will see me. Only, not at a time you are going to enjoy." Peter said. He took another deep breath as to say something but was cut off as two men grabbed him by his arms and dragged him away. Looking over to Sean, we both had shocked looks. I could tell that even Sean had no idea as to what was going on.
After a few moments, I saw Jacob turn into the hallway walking towards Sean and I. He looked up from the stack of paper in his hands. Jacob seemed confused as he looked at our faces. I motioned him over so he would walk quicker. Once he got in the room, I slammed the door shut. With both me and Sean filling in anything we missed, we told Jacob what had happened.
"I heard he was supposed to have a meeting this morning. Last night, though, it was cancelled. Maybe he did something that caused it to cancel on short notice." Jacob said. I could tell he was just trying to stay positive, so I nodded.
Jacob and Sean stayed and talked until it came to that time of the day. 11:15 came by much quicker than I had thought. Stepping aside as the three masked men walked in, Jacob and Sean gave me small smiles of confidence. I took in a deep breath and let the three masked men firmly lead me to the room again.
