The night passed by quickly. There were no dreams in my deep sleep. When I woke up, my body was sore. I struggled to move my arm to look at my watch. I felt a small sense of excitement remembering that today was the day. I was finally going to be able to escape this place. I waited patiently for Peter to wake up. It didn't take long.

I fidgeted with the blanket, not able to stay still. I knew that it was going to be hard, but I at least had a chance to go back to a somewhat normal life. I was, however, disappointed because I still had to wait for a while. We had to wait till later tonight when about three quarters of the people left. They were going to go to a public place for a meeting about the unauthorized whipping they did to me and the things they put Peter through. Sean walked in right as Peter managed to sit up. We went through the same routine as the day before.

I grew more and more impatient as the day went on. I couldn't help but think about what was going to happen. I hated this place. I wanted to breathe fresh air again. But, I passed the day talking and playing card games. I made sure not to talk about the escape unless Peter, Jacob or Sean brought it up. I felt that, if I did bring it up, it would be at the wrong time. I looked at my watch realizing that it was time.
