Chapter 2

"Hey Rachel" Lia said to me more excited than usual.
"Hi Lia, what's got you in such a good mood?" I asked her and as soon as I said that her smile grew.
"Just seeing your pretty little face." She said now smiling wider. I blushed.
"We both know that's a lie." I said rolling my eyes.
"We both know it's not." She said raising her eyebrows at me.
"Then how come I don't have a boyfriend?" I asked her now raising one of my eyebrows.
"Boys are stupid, you know that. They don't know when something great is right in front of them." Lia said nudging my arm. I smile and roll my eyes jokingly.
"Whatever."
Just then the bell rang meaning we have ten minutes to get to class. Thank god me and Lia have the same schedule, I don't know what I would do without her. Our first class was Honors Algebra. This is surprisingly my least favorite class, I love math, but I hate Dr.A's style of teaching it.
