As soon as Grayson and I sat down Anastasia showed me her phone screen. It was the day Grayson kissed me and I knew I had feeling for him, I didn't realize I was smiling until... my mom yelled at me.
"Rachel, what is this?" My mom asked sounding extremely mad.
"It's a picture of me and Grayson kissing." I said blankly.
"When I said protect her I didn't mean like that." My dad said looking at Grayson angrily.
"It's not Grayson's fault, Anastasia threatened me and that was the revenge." I said to my family.
"I would never do such a thing." Anastasia said trying to sound as innocent as possible.
"Liar." I said back to her with extreme anger in my voice.
"Rachel." My parents said.
"Are you really going to believe her more than me? And so what if Grayson and I kissed, why does it matter?" I said on the edge of having a mental break down.
"Rachel, you cant have a boyfriend. You know this, you need to focus on school, you're still young." My mom said sounding angry.
"Mom I've known Grayson for 2 months, and I have straight A's in honors classes and I'm even in volleyball. And guess what Grayson and Ethan have been to every one of my and Lia's games since they've known us. How many of our games have you been too? Oh right 0. And don't even say that as soon as I have a boyfriend I'll be like Anastasia, because I am nothing like her. Because I know how to keep my legs CLOSED!!!" I said anger pumping through me. And I felt Grayson hold my hand. My mom looked shocked. And my dad looked at my mom and he was also shocked. Then Gabriella talked,
"Mom she's right, she's a good kid, and just by looking at him and his brother Grayson is a good kid too." Gabriella has always stood up for me in this crazy family.
"Mom, for once in my life, I'm happy." I said smiling and looking at Grayson.
"You're happy?" My mom asked completely in shock I would use that word. I felt a tear roll down my cheek, and I nodded my head. Me and my mom hugged, and soon enough we were all in a group hug. When we broke the hug, Anastasia had a complete look of disgust on her face. So I went up to her and slapped it right off. My mom then came up behind me and said,
"You're never welcome in my house again, and neither is your mom. So I'm going to ask you to leave." My mom said sternly. Anastasia gasped and stomped away. Bye bitch. I thought to myself.
